Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Town House In a Private Gated Complex & Free WiFi

Our house is situated in the development of Costa Esuri, close to the town of Ayamonte. It is about 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport. The house comprises of 3 bedrooms (one double and two twins) one en suite bathroom plus one family bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet, sleeping up to 6 adults. There is direct access to the shared swimming pool, set within communal gardens, all protected by private gated access. There is a balcony off the double bedroom with seating, plus a roof terrace offering views of the River Guadiana and the bridge separating Spain and Portugal. Located in a new residential area, 10 minutes from the beaches of Portugal (Green Beach) and Isla Canela. Costa Esuri also offers a beautiful 18 hole golf course within the complex. There is a local supermarket and pharmacy, both within walking distance providing day to day groceries, along with providing a terrace to enjoy drinks with stunning views across the golf course.

Relaxing holiday in lovely location

We enjoyed a relaxing 10 days in Costa Esuri! It was great to be back, as this trip had been cancelled twice due to the Covid pandemic. A brilliant location, as you can visit the beautiful beaches of both Spain and Portugal. There is also now an excellent supermarket and pharmacy on the Costa Esuri development. Car hire is definitely advised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We found this to be the ideal property for a great value family holiday. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The gardens & swimming pool area are beautifully maintained. Fabulous beaches in both Spain and Portugal. Everything great and I would highly recommend.

Very happy, thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The Property is very well looked after, has been beautifully furnished. From what I have seen the property has been recently redecorated, everything looks in pristine condition. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the property has wi-fi and a flat screen TV which were bonus extras. The area is great, I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. I thoroughly recommend the property.

Great property in a fantasic location

Fantastic property! Really lovely place to stay, with wifi and a golf course close by (within walking distance) that served lovely food at reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back to stay again!

A house to be rebooked!

The house is very well cared for, with all the comfort and utensils necessary for a family vacation stay, without missing anything. We found the house very clean and smelly! The bed linen and towels smelly and very clean. The air conditioning on both the lower and upper floors is very powerful! Communication with both Deborah and Steve was always very fast, clear, fluid and were always super attentive. It will certainly be a house that we will rent again!
