Fully Furnished 1 Bed Flat in Ipswich, Convenient for Ipswich Hospital, Bt Etc.

This is a fully furnished one bedroom first floor flat, fully double glazed, capable of sleeping up to 2 people (in one or two beds), in a quiet residential area one mile to the east of Ipswich town centre. Just around the corner there is a parade of shops, including an Italian restaurant/takeaway, Indian takeaway, bakery, chemist, hairdressers, optician, a couple of convenience stores, and a petrol garage. Another couple of minutes takes you to a butcher and a greengrocer/florist.

It’s a 15 minute walk to Ipswich Hospital, and on great bus routes both into and out of town.

The first thing to mention is that whilst the bathroom is fully functional and spotlessly clean and hygienic, it does require updating to meet current aesthetic expectations. The flat is priced to reflect this, and the price and this text will be updated accordingly when the planned re-fit is completed.

The flat has its own private entrance, with a night storage heater, shoe rack, coat rack, and space if required for a bicycle to be stood. You then walk up one flight of stairs into a very light and spacious living/dining room, furnished with 3 seater settee, fold away dining table and 4 chairs, side table, heater, and digital Freeview LED TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with grill inside, electric hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and sufficient cutlery, crockery, utensils and pots and pans for 2 people. There is no dishwasher. There is a night storage heater.

The bathroom currently has an electric shower over a bath, with a toilet and basin.

The bedroom has a king size (5’) bed in it, which can be split into 2 x 2’6” singles as required (please tell us your requirements when booking). It also has 2 bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, iPod dock and radio alarm, and a wardrobe with drawers under. There is a night storage heater in the bedroom too.

So convenient

A bright & airy apartment containing all I needed. As a non driver I found it so easy to get around as there is a main road serviced by buses a short walk away. Martin & his team were always available for any problems or queries that arose. There are also handy local shops. It was all very much as described in the ad so no nasty surprises. I would recommend.
