Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday apartment in Bowness-on-Windermere

Delightful apartment on top two floors of a 4 storey Victorian building, overlooking Bowness village and the mountains.

Close to all amenities and five minutes walk from the lake with country walks from the door

.Access is by a stairway to the 3 bedroomed property, one ensuite double, a double and single room and family bathroom.

An airy lounge with bay windows giving views of the mountains with a coal effect gas fire for the cooler months. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Situated on a Cul-de-Sac away from the main road and is very quiet. Biskey Howe viewpoint is 5 minutes walk up the hill, which gives stunning views of the lake and mountains

Car parking permit is available and there is plenty of free parking on the road by Ellie's View

WiFi available and Welcome pack, maps, books, DVD's and much more await you.

Bowness with its shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as cinema and theatre.

All the attractions of Lake Windermere including the Ferry that can transport you to the western shores for exploration to Hawkshead and beyond

Touring buses go around the lakes leaving from Bowness too!

A whole range of country walks offer themselves from our as well as Biskey Howe view point, a must to visit, to whet your appetite for further adventure!

Great location for easy access to all amenities. Has everything you need.

Had a lovely time. Quiet area. Very central for walks. Shops, restaurants, the lake within easy walking distance. Property very clean and tidy and has everything that you would need. The only thing I missed on a lovely sunny day was sitting outside in a garden. Would recommend and would stay again
