It is a newly built residential complex built on an ancient settlement at 500 meters above sea level, near the characteristic medieval village of Montefranco, located between Terni and Spoleto, in the beautiful Umbria region called "THE GREEN HEART OF ITALY" and more precisely in Valnerina.
"La Collina delle ginestre" is characterized by an exceptional view of the Nera river valley and enjoys an extremely pleasant climate in every season.
The Valnerina is an unspoilt land full of ancient villages and places of particular historical, artistic and environmental interest, among which stands out Norcia, a city famous internationally for its salami and homeland of the prized "Black Truffle", gastronomic delicacy appreciated throughout the world.
The small town of Cascia is the destination of an important religious tourism, having been the birthplace of Saint Rita, venerated by all of Christendom. Always in the upper Valnerina, the plateau of Castelluccio, with its fields covered with colorful flowers in the period of the spectacular "flowery", is the ideal environment for hang-gliders that converge here from all over Europe. The small and picturesque Lake of Piediluco is a jewel set in the green, but also a famous rowing center.
The nearby "Cascata delle Marmore", the highest in Europe is a monument to the power of nature and the ingenuity of the man who created it in the third century A. C ..
