Golf Marina is a beautiful, calid and welcoming property of a high standard, situated near the golf of Pollensa. Daily housekeeping, just adds that additional touch to make it a perfect choice for a holiday home.The villa, built with local materials such as a natural stone façade, wooden beams and sandstone pillars, is surrounded by a charming mediteranean style garden with olive and carob trees, and a pond within the lawn area. Special care has been taken in focussing on natural light and, the personal touches of the owner, which include a large wine cellar on the lower floor and an interesting collection of art.

The ground floor rooms, all give onto a large covered terrace, with views onto the garden and spectacular infinity pool, with children’s paddling area and covered barbecue area and wood oven, ideal for ‘ al fresco’ meals and enjoyable evenings.

It is the ideal setting for those wishing to enjoy comfort and tranquility. The villa is offered with a 3 hours daily service/ 6 days per week, which includes breakfast. A real luxury for those who wish to enjoy that little ‘extra’ service whilst on holiday.

What makes this villa unique

Stunning mallorcan style villa, where great care has been taken to focus on the natural light, personal touches of the owner and a charming Mediterranean garden.


The wonderful housekeeper is a true asset to the villa. Continental breakfast and three hours housekeeping are offered 6 days per week and included in the price. Evening meals also available upon request (at an extra charge). These small, special touches make such a difference to your stay and let you truly relax and put your feet up.


All ground floor spaces, give onto the fantastic exterior with large lawn area, covered chill out terrace, built in BBQ and wood oven.

Attractive infinity pool, which is not very deep, ideal for splashing about.


In the middle of lunch or dinner and you run out of wine… don't let panic ensue, the lower floor has a great wine cellar with a good selection of wines and spirits. These are paid in cash at the end of your stay, directly to the housekeeper.


<h2>Things to know </h2>

Although most of the rooms in the house have air conditioning, the ground floor twin bedroom does not.


One of the bedrooms has a standard double bed (1.35m x 1.9m / 4'6" x 6'3"). A sofa bed is available upon request.


You are in a quiet location but country noises are part of the setting. The occasional barking dog or the early morning cockerel can be heard.


The property has limited English television channels. We recommend you bring a device to stream or download content using the villa's wifi.

The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic old town of Pollença, just a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of the port. Pollensa is a popular destination for painters and artists with a special charm and personality since the beginning of this Century. The market square with outdoor cafés and elegant restaurants is the focal point of this unique village, where the market takes place every Sunday from 8am - 1pm. Throughout the year there are various musical events and fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Chrisitians battle which takes place on 2nd August. The town is a great base for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers.

We recommend you climb the 365 steps, one for each day of the year, of the Calvari, from here you have fantastic views of the North of the island and the rooftops of Pollensa. There is a small chapel at the top and a cafe to quench your thirst.
