Lovely apartment conveniently located in the old town of Antibes.

Apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building dating back to 1900s and has recently undergone a total renovation to include all modern comforts and luxuries. Air conditioning has been added to provide cool escapes from hot sunny days and to ensure a great night’s sleep in Antibes.

The apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people: Bedroom 1 has en-suite bathroom with rain shower and second bedroom can been arranged in either twin beds or large king size bed and has a separate fully equipped bathroom with rain shower.

This lovely apartment includes all brand new fittings and renovated to a high standard including WIFI internet, cable TV with international channels. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, separate microwave, dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.

Outdoor space including a terrace area off the main living room and balcony off the bedrooms to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful sunny days in Antibes.

Markets, restaurants, marina and beach are all within a short walking distance so a fantastic choice to stay whilst in the Cote D’Azur

Ivan continues to excel!

This was our 4th rental in Antibes and the 2nd with Ivan. We prefer Antibes for many reasons; charm, history , great daily market, excellent array of restaurants within easy walking distance and no need for a car. The wonderful coastal train can whisk you to the center of Cannes, Nice, Villefranche sur Mer, Monaco...all the way to Ventimiglia across the Italian border, much faster than by automobile and very economically. The station is less than a 15 min. walk from the apartment.

Our 1st stay with Ivan was at his marvelous town house, Maison de la Tour, with its beautiful roof top terrace. This time we spent the month of May in Hygge Domus because we had no need for all the extra space since we were essentially just the 2 of us and it is more affordable and all on one floor, which my old knees love. Both apartments are only a 3 min. walk from each other and within the old town.

As we have come to expect from Ivan, everything was absolutely first class. Both bedrooms have excellent storage and very comfortable beds with luxurious linens. Each room has its own very efficient a/c which was so nice when the weather warmed up and the roomy terrace with its tables and comfortably cushioned chairs and sofa were used nearly everyday. The kitchen is a dream with modern appliances and is nearly as well equipped as ours at home...even a knife sharpener and there is an impressive collection of spices and condiments.

My wife was thrilled with the large laundry room equipped with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, which if you have rented many French apartments you will understand.

There are 2 TV's with many English language channels as well as Apple TV, Netflix, etc.

Both bathrooms have modern fixtures with a combination rain shower/hand held option. There was never a problem with hot water and the water pressure was good...again, another 2 things that are not universal in apartment rentals.

Ivan could not be nicer or more responsive. As an example I had a painful medical problem arise suddenly and he got me an appointment 1st thing the next morning with a very nice physician close by who effectively took care of my problem.

Probably the best endorsement I can give is to state that we have already made our deposit for next May.

The perfect home away from home

The perfect home away from home - we spent 5 great days in this lovely renovated flat - tastefully decorated throughout, nice bedrooms and beautiful tiled bathrooms with rain showers which is a real treat.

The great location - in the middle of the old town gives easy access to shopping and restaurants just around the corner - is just perfect.

Should we choose to vacation in Antibes again, we will definitely book this flat. Thank you Hygge Domus for making our holiday perfect!

Best rental property in old Antibes

We spent a week in this gorgeous apartment perfectly located in the old part of Antibes yet very quiet and private.

It is light, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and wonderful modern bathrooms. The outdoor terrace is an added bonus.

For those who like cooking, the open space kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals after a trip to the nearby market. There is so much to see and do - and eat, in Antibes and the surrounding area and we highly recommend HYGGE DOMUS as a base for exploring as well as relaxing . We will be back!

Excellent

We've just spent 5 nights at Hygge Domus.

The apartment is immaculately decorated and is the best equipped place we've ever stayed in.

The location in the old town is great. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and market.

Ivan, the manager is very welcoming and helpful.

I would recommend this apartment highly.

Excellent apartment in a great location close to beaches

The apartment is lovely and has been equipped to a high standard with everything we needed during our stay.

Ivan was very welcoming and was keen to ensure that our stay was a relaxing one, with lots of advice on local destinations, restaurant recommendations, etc.

The apartment is in a quiet area within the old town. It is close to the shops and restaurants, and the beach is a short walk away.

We went to the beach a lot during our stay (using the Envibus to get to La Garoupe) and so found the beach towels, parasols and beach bags included in the apartment very useful.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Antibes that is close to the hustle and bustle but is still peaceful in the evenings.
