Lovely apartment conveniently located in the old town of Antibes.

Apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building dating back to 1900s and has recently undergone a total renovation to include all modern comforts and luxuries. Air conditioning has been added to provide cool escapes from hot sunny days and to ensure a great night’s sleep in Antibes.

The apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people: Bedroom 1 has en-suite bathroom with rain shower and second bedroom can been arranged in either twin beds or large king size bed and has a separate fully equipped bathroom with rain shower.

This lovely apartment includes all brand new fittings and renovated to a high standard including WIFI internet, cable TV with international channels. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, separate microwave, dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.

Outdoor space including a terrace area off the main living room and balcony off the bedrooms to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful sunny days in Antibes.

Markets, restaurants, marina and beach are all within a short walking distance so a fantastic choice to stay whilst in the Cote D’Azur

Best rental property in old Antibes

We spent a week in this gorgeous apartment perfectly located in the old part of Antibes yet very quiet and private.

It is light, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and wonderful modern bathrooms. The outdoor terrace is an added bonus.

For those who like cooking, the open space kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals after a trip to the nearby market. There is so much to see and do - and eat, in Antibes and the surrounding area and we highly recommend HYGGE DOMUS as a base for exploring as well as relaxing . We will be back!

Excellent

We've just spent 5 nights at Hygge Domus.

The apartment is immaculately decorated and is the best equipped place we've ever stayed in.

The location in the old town is great. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and market.

Ivan, the manager is very welcoming and helpful.

I would recommend this apartment highly.

Excellent apartment in a great location close to beaches

The apartment is lovely and has been equipped to a high standard with everything we needed during our stay.

Ivan was very welcoming and was keen to ensure that our stay was a relaxing one, with lots of advice on local destinations, restaurant recommendations, etc.

The apartment is in a quiet area within the old town. It is close to the shops and restaurants, and the beach is a short walk away.

We went to the beach a lot during our stay (using the Envibus to get to La Garoupe) and so found the beach towels, parasols and beach bags included in the apartment very useful.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Antibes that is close to the hustle and bustle but is still peaceful in the evenings.

Extremely Happy!

Ivan is the best host we've ever dealt with and we travel quite a bit! So bravo to the owners for hiring this man as our host for all of our questions before, during and after our visit. For example, we had an issue with the underground parking ramp (highly recommend you use it) as the machine didn't allow us to pay for the week but he was able to handle it and also recoup a couple days of losses while the machine was malfunctioning.

I initially was worried that a safe wasn't installed at the apartment but since you can't enter the building without a key, there was no need for a safe. Plus, the building is directly across from the National Guard so lots of security officers with weapons made us feel extra safe.

The only thing we could pick on is that my wife would've enjoyed a full length mirror to see her entire outfit but I assured her that she looked amazing.

We also enjoyed that a brand new Nespresso machine was purchased for the unit as we travel with ours and had we known this, we could've left it at home but definitely a welcome surprise.

As far as location, we walked everywhere and it was in a nice spot to see everything. In a couple blocks you would be by the ocean and visiting all the restaurants where at least 10-20 wonderful restaurants are at your leisure. If you walk away from the ocean, you're only a couple blocks away from the city which also has lots of great tourist spots to visit.

Coming from the US, I was able to purchase an Orange SIM card for my iPhone and it worked great. I got 1GB of data only and that was used mostly for our Google Maps.

One day we also took the train to Monaco and that was a blast. Once you purchase your tickets, you also need to scan them before you go out onto the platform.

Overall, extremely happy, the apartment was a advertised and Ivan was better then advertised!

Beautiful Modern Apartment in Old Antibes!

We loved our time in Antibes and were so happy with this apartment. Ivan, our host, was so accommodating and kind. He helped us arrange transportation from airport, stocked the kitchen with some conveniences for our arrival, and recommended some area restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The furniture and decor is gorgeous and modern. We loved the terrace for morning coffee and evening drinks. Sleep came easily after a day of exploring and the beds were extremely comfortable! I hope we are able to return some day!

Stylishly decorated, storage plus, very clean

We recently spent a week at Hygge Domus in Antibes. What a delightful apartment. Stylishly decorated and full of all the mod cons that western travellers hope for. Ivan, our host, even stocked the fridge for us prior to our arrival. The apartment is centrally located to everything in Antibes and at the end of a long day you can return to the apartment terrace, watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. We were delighted with our stay here.
