The apartment is located in a building of 6 neighbors, very quiet. It is a ground floor with a ramp for the disabled, with a beautiful courtyard with clothesline. It also has parking space in the same building as the area around the house is paid. It is next to the Courts, Town Hall, monuments, near Catholic University and UNED, two minutes from the Exhibition and Congress Centre North Canvas. CITES (Center Mystic) .Zona quiet with all the amenities in terms of shops, restaurants, market, health center, local bus stop. Leave the car parked in the garage and walk through the city to enjoy it more. No Smoking, no pets, no parties can be held.

The apartment has been completely renovated bathrooms and kitchen in 2014. Double glazing, well insulated both winter and summer. It has everything you need to live, furniture, tableware, bedding and bath. They will feel at home.

Great location within the walls, comfortable and clean

We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for over 7 weeks, from mid-July to mid-September. It was perfect for us. The kitchen is well-stocked and allowed us to cook, yet wonderful restaurants are within walking distance for when we ate out. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, serving dishes and seating for a large group of people. And the outside patio is an added bonus, where you can enjoy the sun and relax. It is in a perfect location, close to the center of activities within the wall. But we didn't hear outside noises once we were in the apartment.

It was great being able to park our car in a locked garage. And the apartment is conveniently located near the Gate of Carmen, which allows cars to both enter and exit. That way, we didn't have to drive through too many of the confusing one-way streets within the wall.

The owner of the place is delightful. She maintains the apartment very well; it is clean, freshly painted and has updated bathrooms and kitchen. She quickly answered any questions we had and guided us to shops for items we wanted to purchase.

Fabuloso

Fuimos una familia numerosa y todo estuvo genial. El piso amplio con todo lo necesario. Con plaza de garaje donde dejamos el coche y a caminar para ver todo. La ubicación excelente. En el centro antiguo. Sin ruidos para dormir. Montse, la propietaria, encantadora, siempre pendiente de nosotros . Para q no nos faltara de nada. Totalmente recomendable.

Genial una estancia 10

La casa esta genial, limpia, centrica pero en una zona tranquila, con todas las comodidades, fuimos 8 y cabiamos sin problema, la casa es muy grande y espaciosa.

Ademas su propietaria es encantadora, muy preocupada desde antes por nuestra llegada, nos puso la calefaccion con tiempo para que estuviesemos agusto, nos dejo desayuno, mapas, sitios de interes, restaurantes recomendados, telefonos importantes... Un diez de persona!

La recomiendo a todo el mundo y sin duda ojala volvamos pronto porque repetiremos.

Lugar práctico y confortable, como en casa.

El piso es un lugar acogedor, como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, todo muy limpio y ordenado. La calefacción funcionando perfectamente al igual que el agua caliente. No había que preocuparse de nada, ya estaba todo programado. Un piso amplio, en lugar muy cercano al Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos Lienzo Norte, que era donde teníamos que ir. Dejamos el coche en el garaje e íbamos caminando pues está muy cerca. La propietaria siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades, proporcionando información sobre tiendas y bares cercanos. Se lo recomiendo a cualquier persona de confianza.

Piso céntrico con todas las comodidades

Piso amplio y perfectamente ubicado para recorrer y disfrutar de la ciudad. Estuvimos solo el fin de semana 6 adultos con un bebe. La casa dispone de todo lo que se necesita. Gracias Montse por tu recibimiento. Maria-Jesus
