This is a newly-renovated spacious flat in a beautiful well maintained Victorian period building, situated in a safe and secure location. It takes only 3 minutes walking distance from Gloucester Road Station (Zone 1) and 10 minutes walk to South Kensington Station. Direct tube/underground link from Heathrow airport which takes only 38 minutes. Centrally located yet situated in a quiet residential street.
The apartment is at the front of the building on the ground floor, very easily accessible, easy to load your luggage. The majestic entrance welcomes you to the building with beautiful ornate wooden walls and doors.
The open plan loft style apartment has two cosy mezzanine rooms which can be accessed through two unique staircases separately. The ceilings height on the mezzanine level is 58"/147cm. There are no doors on both rooms, but completely separated by brick walls. There are also built in wardrobes in the mezzanine rooms.
Each mezzanine room has a standard UK Queen size/ Double bed with firm mattresses (137 x 190 cm). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping an additional 2 persons. Extra duvet, pillows and bed linen and towels will be provided to host groups of 4 to 6.
The apartment boasts 65 square meters, an amazing spacious apartment, with high ceilings in the living room, the measurements are: 36 M (H) x 4 M 80 cm (W) x 8 M (L). Three large sash windows give plenty of lights. The dining area is adjacent to the living room, perfect for a convivial dinner.
The modern kitchen features all major appliances and fittings for cooking and eating. Microwave, oven, hobs, fridge & freezer, kettle, full set of cutlery, pots, pans, bowls, cups and plates provided.
Washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The bathroom has a bath and shower, W/C, mirror and sink area. The electric shower and standard UK bath tub provides consistent powerful shower..
Your stomach will never starve whilst staying in the area, the flat is only 3 minutes walk to supermarkets for groceries shopping. And the area has abundant restaurants ranging from classy European/Mediterannean/Indian restaurants, brasseries, cafes to the simple fast foods. There are three supermarkets nearby, Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.

From Heathrow Airport to Gloucester Road Underground/Tube Station:
1. Travel by underground/ tube-Piccadilly line, take 38 minutes, directly to Gloucester Road Station. Then another 3-5 minutes walk to the flat.
Heathrow Airport is located in Zone 6 and the flat is located in Zone 1.

I fell in love with the property when I first saw it, I was impressed by the uique original ornate wood panels on the doors and walls.
The location is unbeatable, with amazing transport link! Right in the middle of affluent area of London, close to all the top London attarctions.
My family came to stay here during their holiday in London. It is cosy, comfortable and convenient.

This is a great flat within a block from Gloucester Road Tube Station. Very clean, well appointed and exactly as advertised.
The apartment was great for our party of three. It’s located on a quiet street of a lively and beautiful neighborhood, 3 min. walk to the tube, close to the museums, concert hall, and Kensington garden. There are many good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Lina left very clear instructions about the use of amenities. The sleeping areas were comfortable, we liked the living room and the open space arrangement. Won’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone on a visit to London.
We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children ages 14 to 20) that traveled to London or a week in late June 2016. The location of this apartment was excellent - it was in a clean, vibrant part of the city where we could walk to many restaurants, a supermarket, several museums, and had easy access to the Tube which made it simple to get to the rest of London. Lina was great to deal with as she communicated quickly and thoroughly during the booking process. The apartment was clean. The apartment is not large, but worked well for our family vacation since with so much to do in London, we were hardly in the apartment - primarily in the morning until around 9am and then again when we returned, usually after 10pm. Having the ability to do laundry was very helpful to us as well. We would book the apartment again if/when we return to London.
As someone who grew up here, I can say this is a perfect location to explore the wonder that is London. The flat is very clean and exactly as described, on the ground floor which is very convenient if you have large suitcases. It's on a quite street with very little traffic noise and the underground (Gloucester Rd) is just a three minute walk away. There are a number of very good places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, right on your doorstep as well as supermarkets and all the necessary shops for everyday living. We will be back.

Just 15mn from the main famous sites of London by underground
And we also enjoyed walk in this part of Kensington borought very charming

The pictures are accurate but upon arrival there was a feeling of disappointment. Bedding consisted of only a worn bottom sheet and faded comforter tossed on top. Only one towel per person for a weeks stay with a threatening note not to use additional clean towels in cabinet. Wet sponge left in sink, food from prior guest left in refrigerator, cleaning supplies crammed in corners and wet dirty mop in bathroom. Mold in tub area. Washer and dryer access is outside through a door that that is generally inaccessible because it is blocked by tenants garbage. Laundry itself was gross with half flooded floor. Kitchen chair broken. Location may be good but next time I will stay elsewhere.
