Fabulous duplex rent to four kilometers of beach Arinaga, with garden terrace Where you can see beautiful sunsets or sunrises while having a breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. It overlooks the mountains and the sea (4. 5 km). It has 3 bedrooms with parquet flooring and air conditioning, spacious living marbled kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. A few minutes walk you can find a spa center with indoor pool, gym, sauna, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, doctor etc. .. The duplex features or mountain bike ride (not included in price) With Which you can go to the beach Arinaga and enjoy fresh fish or tapas in the many restaurants on the seashore. On the beach of Arinaga can buy newspapers from different countries (Germany, England etc ..), sunbathe or swim in its beautiful and quiet beach Where there is no mass tourism. A 2 km from the beach is Arinaga Arinaga lighthouse and beach "Cabron" where you can enjoy a fabulous yellow sand beach, Where you can enjoy swimming or diving. The house is very central, About 7 km from the airport, 4 km from a large shopping center, 20 km from the tourist center and 35 km from the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Spacious 3 bedroom house on a private development with car parking.

This was a relaxing stay in a non-tourist area of gran cararia. The property has a roof top patio area with mountain views. It also has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. It does have a smart tv too although we were unable to find any tv programmes in English. The property is very central being about a 10 minute drive to the airport and 30 mins to las palmas city centre. There is a Lidl nearby so cheap food too. A very nice and calm place to stay. It also has very reliable wi-fi which was great.

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Macken

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie war supersauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man die Insel gerne per PKW erkunden möchte - die Autobahn ist 'um die Ecke', aber nicht zu hören. Auch der Flughafen ist ganz nah aber meist nicht zu hören.

Einiges an Inventar müsste mal erneuert werden, einige Lampneschirme wären auch zu empehlen und die Fahrräder kriegt man ohne Schlösser, so dass man leider nicht irgendwo hin radeln kann und das Rad dann stehen lassen kann.

José als Verwalter ist super! Wird hatten gleich mehrere Problemchen und er löste sie so schnell es ging und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich!

Arinagas Flaniermeile am Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist per PKW ganz nah! Die Dachterasse ist echt der Hit!

Gut gelegenes Ferienhaus mit ordentlicher Ausstattung

Vom Haus aus sind alle Teile der Insel gut zu erreichen. Das Haus hat für 5 Personen mit Kind genügend Platz geboten, alle benötigte Ausstattung war da. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass der Vermieter den Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Dingen für den nächsten Morgen bereits gefüllt hat. Gute Multimedia-Ausstattung mit schneller Internetanbindung. Nette Dachterasse, auf der man gut grillen kann.

Generell haben wir das Haus sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden, der Vermieter ist engagiert und hilfsbereit.

Einzige Kritikpunkte: das Fenster im Bad ließ sich nicht öffnen (oder wir haben nicht herausgefunden wie es geht), kleinere Mängel wie z.B. wackelige Türgriffe und fehlendes Licht im Kühlschrank, in einem Zimmer hing statt einer Lampe nur eine Glühbirne. Ansonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen, wenn ein Urlaub abseits der Massentourismus-Anlagen angestrebt wird.

Gute Lage für Ausflüge

Das Haus liegt nahe der Autobahn, von der man jedoch nichts hört. Dadurch ist man schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel und am Flughafen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden trotz unserer späten Anreise sehr nett empfangen.

Très satisfaits!

La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Le quartier (residentiel) est tranquille. Une aire de jeux pour enfants, ainsi qu'une boulangerie et un petit supermarché sont à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

José nous a très bien accueillis dans une maison propre et bien equipée (nous avons apprecié les quelques produits dans le frigo....).

La ville industrielle n'est pas très touristique (ce qui nous allait bien) et possède une plage agréable et peu fréquentée. La localisation dela ville sur l'ile permet de rayonner facilement vers le sud moins venté et un peu plus ensoleillé.

Nous avons trouvé que cette location est un bon rapport qualité prix!!
