'Can Perello' is a traditional arquitecture Mallorcan stone house settled in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by fruit trees with all comfort of contemporary life.
2008 was Can Perello totally rebuilt adding the newest commodities such as AC, flat TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, a chill out area, a fantastic pool and terrace and lots of charm.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with space for 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with dining area. Adjacent is a bright living room, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed and a family bathroom. The stairs from the ground lead up to the second floor where you will find a bedroom with its own terrace.
By the pool area there is another small house with one bedroom and a private toilet.
The outside area has a big parking area, a swimming-pool that is 10 x 4 m., beeing 1 m. deep on one side and 2 meters on the other. There are lots of almond trees and olive trees around the house as well as lemon and orange trees.
Can Perelló is located in Llubi, a small village in the heart of Mallorca. Here life is much more calm than in the costal touristic areas. There are some good restaurants, 1 supermarket and 2 bakeries. There are good road connections to Palma, Alcudia, Can Picafort and Inca.
The nearest beach is Platja de Muro, just 20 minutes by car.
Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet Platz und Ruhe. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Gebirge und Llubi. Das Poolhaus kann meiner Meinung nach , nur von April bis Oktober nutzen. Dass heißt also im Winter stehen nur Schlafplätze für 5 Personen zur Verfügung. Ich gebe einen Punkt Abzug, da wir etwas wenig Handtücher vorgefunden haben. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Alles vorhanden, gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten hat alles geklappt und zum Empfang gleich " Naschereien" ;-) ! Wir würden gern wieder unser Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel dort verbringen, aber nicht für den verdoppelten Preis! SCHADE!
This wonderful dream villa is located in the region of Es Raiguer, just 2 km from Llubí and 8 km from Inca, one of the most important cities of the island.

In Inca there is a market every Thursday, considered one of the most important of Mallorca. But the most pointed of the year the market is held "Dijous Bó" (Good Thursday) coinciding with the town fairs.

And facing the beach, kilometers of fine sand that draws the Bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters.
