'Can Perello' is a traditional arquitecture Mallorcan stone house settled in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by fruit trees with all comfort of contemporary life.

2008 was Can Perello totally rebuilt adding the newest commodities such as AC, flat TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, a chill out area, a fantastic pool and terrace and lots of charm.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with space for 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with dining area. Adjacent is a bright living room, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed and a family bathroom. The stairs from the ground lead up to the second floor where you will find a bedroom with its own terrace.

By the pool area there is another small house with one bedroom and a private toilet.

The outside area has a big parking area, a swimming-pool that is 10 x 4 m., beeing 1 m. deep on one side and 2 meters on the other. There are lots of almond trees and olive trees around the house as well as lemon and orange trees.

Can Perelló is located in Llubi, a small village in the heart of Mallorca. Here life is much more calm than in the costal touristic areas. There are some good restaurants, 1 supermarket and 2 bakeries. There are good road connections to Palma, Alcudia, Can Picafort and Inca.

The nearest beach is Platja de Muro, just 20 minutes by car.

Ruhig gelegen und mit einem schönen Ausblick

Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet Platz und Ruhe. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Gebirge und Llubi. Das Poolhaus kann meiner Meinung nach , nur von April bis Oktober nutzen. Dass heißt also im Winter stehen nur Schlafplätze für 5 Personen zur Verfügung. Ich gebe einen Punkt Abzug, da wir etwas wenig Handtücher vorgefunden haben. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Alles vorhanden, gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten hat alles geklappt und zum Empfang gleich " Naschereien" ;-) ! Wir würden gern wieder unser Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel dort verbringen, aber nicht für den verdoppelten Preis! SCHADE!

This wonderful dream villa is located in the region of Es Raiguer, just 2 km from Llubí and 8 km from Inca, one of the most important cities of the island.

Inca retains traces of the Arab presence in its territory and some vestiges such as 'sinies' and 'qanats' or 'foggara' different systems to draw groundwater.

In Inca there is a market every Thursday, considered one of the most important of Mallorca. But the most pointed of the year the market is held "Dijous Bó" (Good Thursday) coinciding with the town fairs.

Also in the "cellars" Inca, wineries as restaurants, you can eat a typical regional food and cookies.

As for the architectural heritage of the town, they stand to visit the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the former convent of Sant Domingo, Sant Francesc, and the monastery of Sant Bartomeu.

And just 20 minutes drive from the villa is Port d'Alcudia, a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life at the beach. The boardwalk has won several competitions in architecture and urbanism and is the perfect place to walk with its fragrant aroma and pleasant breeze, between "llaüts" traditional fishing boats setting, and the modern marina Alcudiamar.

On the other hand, there also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And facing the beach, kilometers of fine sand that draws the Bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, with all services: bars, boat rental and sailing courses and a water park.

But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not alone. Nearby you will find nearly twenty: sand, pebble, rock, accessible only by sea songs. Among the intimate beaches stands Alcanada, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true marvel of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant outing among pine trees and rocks.

Can Picafort is 15 kilometers from the apartment. It is the tourist, residential and urban center par excellence of his town, one of the oldest in the Bay of Alcudia, including the namesake marina, which together with that of Colonia de Sant Pere are the only existing in Mallorca. In contrast, it is surrounded by virgin areas of the dunes of Son Real, Albufera Natural Park and is Platja de Commune.

Thus, the most ravishing beauty of the Mediterranean Balearic truest awaits you in Playa de Muro, also close to the property, just 20 km away. With an extraordinary geographical location, cleaning their beach of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters and its natural environment makes this a true paradise at your fingertips, with reserves of ecological interest as the Natural Park 'Albufera' and the protected zone 'is Comú Wall'.

Between Sa Pobla and Muro Albufera Nature Reserve, 2,500 ha of wetlands protected it extends. It was the first Natural Park of the Balearic Islands, declared as such in 1988. It is an essential event for lovers of nature.

S'Albufera receives rainwater from torrents and outcrops of groundwater, and their abundance gives rise to a whole ecosystem with more biodiversity of the islands, with more than 200 species of birds, dunes, pine forests and salt marshes .

For bikers, Playa de Muro also offers the opportunity to learn routes which run near the sea, and other leading into the interior of the island.

Also the location of the property is one of the best places on the island to play golf in the north of the island. Pollença Golf is at only 15 km of the property.

Traced by José Gancedo and redesigned in 2000 by Michael Pinner (Nicklaus Group), Pollença Golf is located on a small hill and offers panoramic views of the Tramuntana magnificent views, the bays of Pollença and Alcudia and the natural reserve of S 'Albufereta.

Of medium difficulty, Pollença Golf consists of 9 holes, par 35 (70 for 18 holes) two par 3, a par 5, and six par 4 and is noted for its two lakes, well maintained greens and undulating fairways, protected by trees and other obstacles ; It is ideal for players of any handicap.
