The apartment is situated within the popular urbanisation Puerto Paraiso. The apartment has a balcony with sea views, comfortable seating 4 people and umbrella providing. The apartment complex has 2 swimming pools. Access to the urbanisation is via an electronic fob key both pedestrian and parking access.

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and well placed for restaurants and shops. The walk into the centre is about 25 mins but pleasant and easy. The owner was very helpful too.
We enjoyed our stay nicely placed apartment plenty of places to eat
I would advise taking a ten minute walk into the town or taxi so many places to eat and drink
However ever were very disappointed after returning home to be told we had left 50 euro behind in the food cupboard and that's were we had kept our money.
The land lord informed us that he would be keeping it to repair the washing machine that We had damaged
Although we never used the machine and he had inspected the apartment with us present and refunded our deposit.
So you can understand how it blackened what was otherwise a very enjoyable holiday.

The apartment was well located on the marina with bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets on the doorstep Very close to a nice beach and an easy stroll or few bus stops to the old town. It was well equipped and had a good selection of UK TV channels. Its also easy to get to without a car. We caught the bus from Malaga bus station to Estepona bus station and then a short taxi ride (7or 8 Euros) to the apartment where we were met by John. We would give the apartment 5 stars if it had air con however John did provide fans. We would still recommend it.
Well located, clean apartment with a good sized balcony and lovely view of the marina. Situated near the beach, restaurants and bus stop. Very handy location for visiting surrounding towns for those wanting to explore the area. John very informative and helpful and I would recommend this apt to friends and definitely return myself for future holidays. Helen
John the owner was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely view of the marina from balcony and lovely walks along promenade into the old town. Plenty of places to visit in the area. We had some good meals in the La Del a Mar restaurant by the marina.Overall we had a great holiday and would come back for another visit.
