About Lisa Stahl
My husband and I own and operate 2 vacation cabins and a luxury rental home. We have been hosting for 15 years and love meeting people and providing the backdrop to their gatherings. We are proud to introduce this house as the third addition to our family of vacation rentals. We have a strong reputation in the industry and want to continue that with this beautiful house.

This house is HUGE!!!! With 6,000 square feet, there is so much room. I love the layout and flow of the house, all the rooms are so large. There is so much storage space! I was actually able to make two play rooms into small bedrooms for my guests. This house has three stories, it just keeps going on and on. I loved decorating and designing this house for my guests. I wanted them to experience luxury on many levels and I think they got their money's worth.
What makes this House unique
The amenities; in ground pool, hot tub, pool table, beautiful landscaping and an awesome view of the Apple Valley Golf Course. The sunsets here are gorgeous! We are only one of less than 15 properties on HomeAway/ VRBO with in-ground pools and the 2019 Summer season was amazing! We got some amazing reviews and feedback from our guests.

You must abide by the posted pool and hot tub rules at all times. There is safety equipment available for use when small children are present.
No loud noises allowed after 11PM- 7AM. This home is in a HOA, with a noise rule after 11PM. Nothing wrong with a good time, just don't be loud!

Exceeded our high expectations
High end, yet welcoming and comfortable accommodations. The house is spacious - We had 20 people for a weekend with plenty of room in common areas for all of us to gather along with several different spaces for us to be in small groups. And there were so many fun things to do - pool table, hot tub, and a wonderful kitchen for the aspiring chefs in the group. The home itself is beautiful and the view is amazing from any window (and there are many)! Lisa was the best hostess who had thought of everything. I can’t begin to list all of the personal touches and thoughtful details that made our stay feel as if we were home. This is definitely first on our list if we ever have another occasion for getting a large group together again.

I've stayed at several properties in the past few years and this was BY FAR the best experience I've had. I took a group of college students on a fall retreat for event planning, and we had a fantastic time! The property is beautiful, it's in a great location and Lisa was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!
A Perfect Family Getaway
Our extended family of children and grandchildren greatly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely home. Our host extended herself to address our concerns about pool safety and was very responsive to provide a first class experience. The house was large, airy and nicely furnished, and the pool (which was larger than it appeared in the photos) was a great activity for our grandchildren who spent much of the day swimming. Highly recommended!
The best getaway
This home is amazing. This was our second time staying at this property and many of the rooms and house have been updated and renovated so it looks even better than before. The first time we stayed was in the winter and we didn’t get to enjoy much of outside . This time we spent alot of our time in the pool & hot tub grilling and enjoying the outdoors. The house is spotless and sparkling clean, with plenty of amenities including, plenty of towels, pool floats, dishes, morning coffee etc (to name a few). There are plenty of places in and outside of the home to relax and enjoy each others company. The beds are also comfy and there are directions around the home on how to work some of the appliances. The home is more than we expected . Lisa is an amazing host and very responsive to any needs . We will definitely be back. We are going to try and make this an annual trip .
Apple Valley - A Retreat For Teachers
Nine teachers from Indiana traveled to Apple Valley, Ohio, to discover what this part of Ohio had to offer. Lisa greeted us at the door with a friendly smile and a tour of her lovely home. This home was beyond our expectations with a multitude of beds, a beautiful and well stocked kitchen, a nice pool, and a variety of home decor accents. Our group immediately felt comfortable in the huge living room and on the adjoining deck. This house also offered several places to get away to read a book or take a quick nap. The back of the property bordered a public golf course that was located a fair distance away from the house. Our group has stayed in many houses over the years, and we found Lisa’s house to be so accommodating to all of our needs. Using our evaluating system, we gave Lisa’s home an “A.”

The house is located in the resort community of Apple Valley. It is the perfect location as it provides excellent seclusion while being close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The house has an in ground pool, hot tub, pool table and is designed for entertaining.
