This fabulous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom penthouse is located in the most sought after resort development in Sabinillas. Its beachfront location means the sea views are stunning.

Facilities include 24 hour security, underground private parking with lift access to the apartment, large enclosed swimming pool, childrens play areas, 2 Paddle tennis courts, table tennis and football area. Free private wifi connection in all areas of the apartment and free wifi connection at the complex communal areas. Free Movistar TV package, including some English channels.

A real striking feature of La Noria are the beautiful and expansive tropical gardens and water features. La Noria has direct access to Sabinillas Promenade and its Blue Flag beach.

Internally this 5th floor penthouse is presented to a good standard comprising of a bathroom, kitchen, open plan living room with a large double sofa bed and 2 good sized bedrooms. The property is fully furnished.

The expansive terrace boasts sea and coastal views which are stunning by day and create a wonderful ambience by night.

This penthouse is a wonderful choice for those looking for a spacious outdoor living. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. As you exit the complex to the promenade, you will find yourself at the end of the prom, if you take a stroll right you will find many bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. If you prefer the beach to the pool then a few restaurants have loungers on the beach and will serve you food and drink. So no need to take the car out to have a lovely evening meal.

Sabinillas is traditionally a fishing village, you can still see the fisherman bringing in the catch early on a morning. A good sign is the swarm of seagulls overhead!

Along the promenade you will find a few excellent restaurants and their specialities are always good fish dishes. There are a number of supermarkets in Sabinillas one of which is a short stroll across the street!

Fabulous location with access to all amenities. Did not use appartment much, as Good selection of restaurants & bars. Beautiful gardens & pool & the appartment was well equiped & cateted for our needs. The appartment terrace has sun all day, which was appreciated when having an evening glass of wine.
