Part of a secure gated Marbella East development, this 1 bedroom beachside Marbella apartment located on the 9th floor is ideally located within walking distance of the sandy Marbella beach, a few bars and restaurants, as well as a very well stocked supermarket and the main public transport line.
This beachside Marbella apartment comprises an open plan dining room and lounge, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including brand new appliances, and a shower room. The lounge leads to a south facing covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden area, and onto the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is large enough to have al fresco dinning to make the most of this magnificent spot.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Coronado, l'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos, il est confortable et spacieux.
Contrairement à beaucoup d'appartements dans la région de Marbella qui sont dans un univers de béton et d'urbanisation, cet appartement qui est à l'écart du centre ville se situe dans un cadre verdoyant très agréable, la plage est à 10 mn à pied
L'accueil de John est chaleureux.

John ensured that the property was spotlessly clean, well appointed and all that we needed on arrival was there for us, from a bottle of red down to a continental adaptor. we spent an enormously enjoyable 31 days at Coronado and hopefully we will be able to go back next year.
Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by the owner of the apartment, John. He was very helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know. Our first impression of the apartment was a very good one. It was spotless, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The location is excellent if you are interested in a relaxing beach holiday within a walking distance of the beach. The apartment is in close proximity to some nice Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and Nikki beach (10 min walk on the beach).
There is also a supermarket 2 minutes away from the apartment where you can buy anything you want as well as several other restaurants.
We rented a car because we were interested in visiting other areas around Andalusia like Marbella Town, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Istan etc.
E.g. Marbella town is a 20 minute drive from the apartment and Malaga airport 35 minutes.
The apartment has all the amenities mentioned in the listing description. When booking we were a bit concerned that it did not have AC but as John said, the apartment is on the 9th floor and you constantly get a nice breeze. There is also a fan you can use for the really hot nights.
Overall, we had a very good experience there and if we decide to go to Marbella again, we would definitely contact John.
PS. There is also a nice complimentary bottle of Spanish wine upon arrival. Thanks John.

Nous avons été très contents de l'appartement nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. La résidence est très classe et propre et sécurisée. Il y a un petit magasin juste à coté c est très pratique pour les achats du quotidien ils ont même du pain chaud! Les annimations du camping juste a côté sont bruyantes et on les entends à l'intérieur de l'appartement mais elles s'arrêtent vers 23h donc ça n'empêche pas de dormir. John a été très sympa nous recommandons vraiment cette location!
