Single storey house of 2014 located in Avallon, municipality of ARVERT 17530, which can be rented for holidays: week in July and August / week or weekend or short stay from September to June (being equipped with heating), do not hesitate to contact us for any information, including:

Maison fort sympathique

Superbe maison avec un grand jardin, tout le confort nécessaire que l'on a besoin pour un séjour. Très propre lors de notre arrivé, et cela met en confiance de suite. Cette région est magnifique. On y retournera, même région, même location. Etienne.

Location bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une location bien située, calme et très bien équipée (sauf manque un congélateur), agréable et sécurisée à l'extérieur pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et donnent de bons conseils sur les visites à faire dans la région.
