This apartment has its own entrance hall, front bedroom featuring sash windows, king size massage bed (yes, that's right, it vibrates!) and ornamental fire place. The open plan features the option of separating the sitting room and master bedroom with drape curtains, if you want that cosy feeling at the end of your day. Take a step up to the kitchen / diner via the pine door where there is all you need to complete your stay.

Access to bedroom two's double bed can be, again, screened off or left open and, as typical with many Victorian properties, it is here were you access the bathroom. The whole layout has a lovely flow associated with the benefits of open plan living, as well as the ability to shut off areas for privacy.

You are in good company, here in Southville's community. With the Mayor of Bristol residing here and even Banksy (it is rumoured). Furthermore, you will love the vast range of eclectic bars, restaurants and shops that makes this, as The Guardian has highlighted, one of the top ten places in the UK where Professionals wish to live... it's Britishness... it's close proximity to the heart of Bristol and .... it's culture!


The Southville parking scheme starts on Monday 23 November 2015. You will need a permit or a pay and display ticket to park in the area between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Should you require a permit during your stay, please request this and it will be provided to you FREE OF CHARGE! Each permit is valid for one days parking - PRICELESS!

Why Sharon chose Bristol

Central location in a no through road (with parking!), this lovely light, airyand quite property is set within a residential area close to amenities whilst being in the thick of the city centre life. This property is my home and has been decorated with a homely feel. Very much a home from your home, with it's own court yard garden and free on street parking (very rare in Bristol!), this is an ideal retreat after the hectic city scene. If you stayed here, you would not regret it!

Well located for exploring the centre of Bristol

The ground floor flat served our needs and the facilities were satisfactory. The furnishings and internal decoration looked rather tired; we therefore felt the cost of the week was expensive.

Owner's Response: I am sorry you felt the apartment 'tired' and I take this on board. Afterall, it was 10 months ago I redecorated and could probably do with a touch up. However, the property was built in 1897, so is somewhat quirky with uneven walls etc. It can not compete with a new build. The location is central in a quite residential area. This alone provides good value for money with free parking in a rpz. You enjoyed 2 large bedrooms suited for four people, all appliances, courtyard garden with rear access, free WiFi, TV and all mod cons. This apartment has achieved 4/5 stars from comments on other websites. I hope you enjoyed the complimentary bubbly, flowers and the little extras I left for you. The massage bed must have come in handy too. I thank you for your comments and wish you well.
