Villino Gardenia B is a characteristic and welcoming cottage situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps two people. From Villino Gardenia B you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. Villino Gardenia B is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Campofelice di Roccella, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles). You will reach Villino Gardenia B from the garden without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villino Gardenia B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Villino Gardenia A, Gardenia B and Gardenia C are three rural homes located on a rolling hill covered with mature olive trees that slopes towards the azure Mediterranean Sea. In each of the homes you'll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the coast of Bagheria and Cefalu' with the Madonie Mountains in the distance.
You'll be in an historic farm complex that produces extravirgin olive oil. You access the villas through a gate set up with an intercom. The villas are about 150 meters apart, each with its own parking and private outdoor space. A trail passes through the olive groves, you can access it by car or on foot, that brings you to the three villas and a communal swimming pool.
In October and November you can participate in the olive harvest and the production of the olive oil! On request you can have in-villa catering with regional Sicilian specialties and products. You'll be only about 3,5 km from the town of Campofelice di Roccella, which offers many tourism activities and where you'll find the fantastic beach of Campofelice di Roccella and an 18-hole golf course called "Le Madonie".
The above-ground swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex.
The patio is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery.
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the climbing 16 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a desk. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
