Very welcoming and friendly, it has two two bedrooms, main giving the sea, large living room and terrace with great sea views, 1st line beach. A 7 minutes from Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona 10 in urbanization with lovely tropical gardens and lakes, beach 3 km long, equipped with all amenities and shops.

Thank you Paco, Javi and Luz Marina. My husband, 2 teenage sons and I have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at your apartment in Costalita. The view, beautiful surroundings and peace were exactly what was shown in the picture. We loved the frog chorus at night and the sound of the sea. There was initial disappointment that the pool in the main picture was not for our use, but we soon got used to the lovely pool we had as well as great access to the beach. We were impressed that there were lifeguards both at the pool and on the beach.

The apartment served all our needs. The sea breeze meant we only used air con at night to block out night time noise. Our only suggestion to make this a 5 star rating is to upgrade the beds. For teenagers the single beds were very narrow and we found the double bed to be extremely hard. It was only on the last day that we realised the sofa is in fact a pull out bed! But otherwise a great haven from which to explore the surrounding coastline and mountains. We have returned to England so very relaxed thanks to your lovely place.Thank you very much and mucho gracias

Lovely winter sun apartment.

The apartment was in a beautiful area with gardens full of well attended ponds and flora and only 25metres from the sea and a lovely paseo to walk along. It was a gated complex and spotlessly clean. As we went in February the beach chiringiutos were not open and neither were lots of restaurants in the area. Lots of supermarkets on the otherside of the N340/ A7 . Lovely view of the sea from the balcony and a well equiped apartment. Unfortunately the swimming pool infront of us was being re- built so we had noise and dust which at times prevented us from using the balcony. Puerto Banus 10mins drive Marbella 15 mins and Ronda and Gibraltar , Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa an easy drive. Malgaga airport a 45 min drive. Tv was old and no British or English channels. Internet was good and free but only 1.5 per day . February 14 to April 4 th.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

This apartment is just perfect, we stayed with two 16 year olds and when they found the other swimming pool, we did not see them around! For us that meant peace & quiet on the balcony enjoying the sea view... The apartment has all the stuff you need, towels for the shower, the beach and the kitchen. The bathroom is nice, the kitchen is well equipped (coffee maker, juice maker, toaster, etc and dish washer and it also has a washing machine).

Although the beds for the kids were a bit short (but our son is 1.90 tall), they slept well. Our double bed was fine, there is enough closet space in both bedrooms and the living room is spacious enough and cosy. There are good restaurants in a 10 minutes walking distance next to the A7 (indian, Italian and Mexican) and by car you have 2 supermarkets within a 5 minutes drive. The motorway you really don't hear, it's birds or frogs in the oasis! We had an excellent stay and can recommend this appartment to anyone!

erholsamer Aufenthalt mit leichten Abstrichen.

Es hat uns insgesamt ganz gut gefallen. Die Duschbrause war leider kaputt, die mussten wir selber gegen ein selbst gekauftes austauschen. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer riechen leider nach Urin, ansonsten alles ganz sauber. Die Nachbarn waren beim Geschlechtsverkehr etwas laut, dafür kann aber der Besitzer natürlich nichts, trotzdem störend und rücksichtslos, zumal der Nachbar auch wusste dass wir ein kleines fünfjähriges Kind haben, also asozialer Nachbar. Insgesamt jedoch mit der Aussicht und der Nähe zum Meer ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Es un departamento muy bien decorado con gusto y elegante, La Cocina está equipada completamente .

El lugar es muy seguro y agradable , necesita absolutamente un vehículo. La playa esplendida ,a un minuto a pie. La piscina muy agradable, y privada. Único inconveniente la construcción iniciada frente al balcón durante nuestra estadía. Mucho ruido y pólvo a partir de las 8 de la mañana.El.propietario Paco muy amable y considerado. Javier muy disponible , en síntesis un lugar a visitar absolutamente. .
