Detached 3 bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa with private Gardens and swimming pool just a short stroll to the beach, 1 minute in fact. The ground floor consists of a living room/ dining room with a kitchen bedroom and bathroom on this area + a large living area terrace . The master bedroom is on the first floor and includes an ensuite & terrace with sea views. the second bedroom is located behind this and also has an ensuite. The third bedroom is on the ground floor & has 2 single beds. The bathroom is next to this bedroom.

The basement Games room has 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 single bed's + a ping pong table and exercise Mat's & Ball's

The large roof terrace is ideal for relaxing and taking the last of the days sunshine. 360' views of the surrounding landscape sea and mountains.

The rental guests supply the food & ingredients and the Chief will come at the agreed time and prepare Serve & clean up. The cost for this Service is 75 euro for up to 12 people

A list of ingredients for each meal on the menu is available in order to make it simple to have everything ready before the Chef arrives.

The Chef can also purchase the Food/ingredients at a cost of 15 Euro + the cost of the items.

Perfect location for our holiday 2 mins and you are on the beach. Peaceful location with very friendly neighbours and very friendly Manager Eddie who dealt with our requests promptly. Great holiday and we will be back.

Es una casa estupenda muy cerca de la playa pero a la vez muy tranquila

La experiencia ha sido magnífica, la casa es muy cómoda, lo único decepcionante es la barbacoa que no es adecuada para una casa para seis personas y cuya parrrilla no tiene la altura necesaria para hacer nada sin quemarlo.

Otra cosa que me sorprende es que el encargado no hable prácticamente nada de Español, cosa que en caso de problemas seria muy deseable.

Almanzora is a beautiful town in the desert landscapes of the Costa de Almeria. Cuevas de Almanzora, to give the town its full name, is a fantastically unspoilt, rural market town which stands in the imposing shadow of its huge castle. Almanzora is among the oldest towns in Andalucia, and after the silver rush in the Sierra Almagrera Mountains, Almanzora became one of the wealthiest too, the legacy of which is still clearly visible in the beautiful buildings and elaborate villas in Almanzora.


Almanzora’s past wealth makes the town a real pleasure to explore. The Castillo de Cuevas del Almanzora is an elaborate mixture of castle and Gothic palace, set high on a hill above the town. The castle is still amazingly intact, offering a huge amount to see from any Almanzora accommodation. The beautiful baroque Church de la Encarnacion and the numerous cave dwellings in nearby Terrera del Calguerin also make for almost essential viewing on any Almanzora holiday. The bi-weekly fresh food markets, held on a Tuesday and a Thursday come highly recommended too.

The Indiana Golf course, part of the Desert Springs resort, is a huge asset for those taking holiday rentals in Almanzora. Indiana is the first desert golf course in Europe, offering similar standards of golf to the famous courses of Arizona and California, as well as sensational desert views.
