Lovely clean apartment with great views.

The owner of this apartment, Carlos, is very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed for our three night stay. From the balcony and terrace there are lovely views over the small town and the mountains beyond.

Santa Lucia is a great base for exploring the island on foot or by car and is less than an hour's drive from the airport. We didn't use the car while we were there, choosing instead to go hiking on some of the fabulous trails through the mountains and countryside, and visiting the caves where troglodytes used to dwell.

The town has several bar/restaurants, with mostly friendly staff, especially if you make an effort to speak a little Spanish. There are also three small supermarkets and some artisan bakeries.

We will definitely return to Santa Lucia to explore further and hopefully stay in one of Carlos' apartments.

lovely place, lovely and clean cottage and friendly owner

The house is more or less in the center of the village. From the balcony you 'll have a nice view into the valley. The area has sevaral opportunities for a short ( up to 3 miles) or long distance ( up to 10 miles) walk.

The house is clean and has more than enough space for two persons . TV and wifi are working well. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. You are in the middle of the island. It means warm during the day and cooling downa bit at night. It is about 40 minutes for a trip to the beach. Busstop close to the house.

We would certainly recommand this place to others.

Nice aparment with terras

Very nice apartment with terrace. Clean apartment with beautiful view to the mountains and the city of Santa Lucia de Tirajana, parking your car is no problem.

Wifi available. Bedroom with small balcony. Everything you need was there. Nice restaurants. Carlos the owner is very commited person. He will provide You with all the information you need. Also he responded very quick.

In Gran Canaria kann man Badeurlaub mit Gebirgsaufenthalt ideal kombinieren: ein paar Tage Maspalomas mit Meer und Pool, und ein paar Tage Bergdorf in der preisgünstigen Ferienwohnung in Santa Lucía.

Angenehmes Wohnen mit schöner Aussicht bei einem netten Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und ist trotzdem dass sie an der Durchgangsstrasse liegt relativ ruhig. Die Beschreibung der Einrichtung entsprach den Angaben im Internet. Als Ausgangslage für Wanderungen liegt sie ideal. Im Ort selber gibt es drei Restaurants die alle etwa das gleiche Angbot haben. Die Preise halten sich im Rahmen. Im Ort selber bekommt man bei mehreren Anbietern die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wobei die Menschen alle sehr freundlich und herzlich sind. Der Vermieter Carlos ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hat jeden Tag nach unserem Befinden gefragt.
