The Beach House, Shanklin is a beautiful three story self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of the ever popular and thriving Shanklin Seafront.

With it being a mere stone’s throw from one of the Isle of Wight’s best known stretches of golden sands and set against a backdrop of dramatic sandstone cliffs the beach house really is an ideal retreat for you to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Beach House has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and comes fully equipped. From every room you are able to enjoy stunning views over the English Channel and the surrounding sandstone cliffs.

There is a comfortable open plan living area located on the first floor. The room is cosy and inviting with French doors opening to a Juliette balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of cooking utensils and appliances catering for all levels of culinary needs, whether you want a delicious homemade meal, or you just want to reheat yesterday’s take away.

The Beach House comfortably sleeps five in three rooms, plus a cot if requested.

On the ground floor there is a contemporary double bedroom with oak furniture. Also on this floor there is a spacious w.c.

The top floor has a second comfortable double bedroom and a very generous single - both rooms have fitted wardrobes making them spacious and airy. The bathroom is situated on this level which has an electric shower cubicle.

The Beach House has an allocated parking space in a private car park a very short distance from the sea front.

The property was very clean and tidy, plenty of space for luggage, lovely white fluffy towels for you to use.

Wonderful place to sit and relax in.

Great views along Shanklin beach.

Close to great pubs and restaurants.

Sea view, modern, clean & tidy

We all agreed the property was great and we would come again.

The owners of the property were very helpful from initial booking and throughout, answering all our questions and queries with great kindness.

The house was clean & modern with everything we needed for the stay as well as a good base for our trips out. We all took advantage of the chance for lovely morning & evening walks on the beach.

Only negative was the parking - the lift to the free space was costly & organising the seafront parking with the council was painfully long winded.

A great house in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house, despite the chilly weather the house was warm and cosy with modern decor throughout, we had everything we needed including films to keep the kids entertained when the heavens opened. The location was ideal for exploring as well as waking up to a perfect view of the sea, obviously being February the area was fairly quiet and we could park quite easily on the esplanade however I imagine this would be much more difficult in the summer but other options are available so not a problem. Overall we would recommend the beach house and would definitely stay here again this time maybe in the summer.

Perfect Location

We couldn’t fault this beautiful Modern town house , the location right next to the beach and old town , you can walk to Sandown on the coastal path or beach front., Many good places to eat on the promenade all within 200M walk ..
