This is a spacious Three Bedroomed Apartment But Rented As Two Bedrooms

Located within the much sought after Bellresguard complex, Sangrila I is fully air conditioned (each room being independently controlled) There is also double glazing and heating. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has original paintings on the walls. Equipment includes HD TV with UK satellite , stereo DVD, CD player.

There is a spacious open-plan living/ dining room. The dining area overlooks the pool and gardens, whereas the stylishly furnished living room leads onto a good sized balcony/ al fresco dining area, this overlooks quiet parkland below and has breathtaking views to the Tramuntana mountains beyond.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and has a luxury en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has a contemporary shower room with fully glazed enclosure. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic induction hob, fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher . There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer,. plus an ironing board and steam iron

This is an exceptional apartment , ideally suited to discerning clients for whom location , style and comfort matter.

linens hair-dryer and beach towels are also provided.

Sangrila 1 is a contemporary well appointed apartment ideally located for the perfect holiday. The famous Pine Walk and the Bay of Pollenca is literally 4 minutes away.

There is a well stocked supermarket - Bakery /Deli/ Cafe fronting Bellresguard, serving Bistro meals / freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries.

Plus freshly made baguettes to eat in or take away.

Most grocery items, wines, beers, cold drinks and newspapers can be obtained here

About Chris

I am a professional interior designer. I purchased this apartment from new 'off plan' whilst it was being constructed. Hence the bathrooms, kitchen and tiling etc. are 'non-standard, chosen by me, giving the interior a unique flavour as the property was originally intended for my family use. As a family we have enjoyed a great many memorable holidays in Puerto Pollenca where the swimming is safe, the environment friendly, and the restaurants plentiful!

Although I live in England, I am on the island frequently and I am always in touch with Clients, their enjoyment is paramount to me. I also have an English speaking property management company who look after all matters relating to emergency call outs / maintenance etc. giving you a worry free holiday.

Why Chris chose Pollenca

Sangrila 1 offers a unique (non- typical) specification. It is located quite literally just a three minute stroll from the Pine Walk and the beaches / Bay of Pollensa. Being in a gated private environment adds to the comfort and security for you and your family.

One can take a leisurely stroll along the pine Walk towards the Marina / centre encountering numerous waterfront bars and restaurants along the way.

There is a well stocked supermarket - bakery / deli / cafe fronting Bellresguard, serving freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries.

Plus freshly made baguettes and bistro meals / tapas etc. to eat in or take away.

Most grocery items, wines and newspapers can be obtained here.

Hi Chris,

Had an excellent 2 weeks at your apartment, Sangrila 1 is very lovely. Great apartment, facilities and location.

The new ‘Store Formentor’ is well stocked and their adjacent cafe is pretty good, nice tapas that kids loved.

Being so close to Pine walk and beach worked well.

We may well be back in touch for next year…and I will certainly have no hesitation in recommending this apartment!

Great apartment

This is a really spacious apartment in a popular area, the discription is accurate, the property is well maintained, the addition of a few essential items of food was very much appreciated. The owner supplied very good directions. My favourite part of the property was the balcony with views to the mountains, loads of room for yoga in the morning. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants, my favourites are Centric and Belle verde, good for vegetarians. Coffee is good in the local cafe/supermarket good to get your wifi fix (none in apartment). Would recommend.

Wonderful view of mountains

There are many apartments offering similar facilities. What sets this one apart is its location. Placed on the very edge of the Bellesreguard complex, this apartment provides the best of both worlds: a view of the pool on one side and a view of the mountains on the other.

If, like me you value a view you would be happy. If you need a good view of the pool, for example to supervise youngsters, you have that too.

A few small things prevent me giving it five stars. They are too easy to put right to list here and probably already have been. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a lovely development by the beach

The apartment was comfortable and had everything you would expect and need. The balcony overlooks the mountains which makes it a great place to sit out in the evening. The apartment's location is excellent just by the beach and pedestrian pine walk that runs all the way to the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Excellent modern apartment in a great location.

The process of booking the apartment was very smooth. Communications from Chris were very clear & prompt throughout. We had no issues finding the apartment from the instructions given. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and it was appointed to a high standard. The swimming pool area is very clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect for a quick swim - the water was still a bit chilly at the end of April though. The cafe located at the front of the apartments is excellent. We had several meals and drinks there, the food was very tasty and it had a relaxed atmosphere. The location of the apartments is very good, only a couple of minutes stroll from Pine Walk, and the nearest big supermarket is only 10 mins walk away.

A car is not essential, most amenities are within walking distance. (taxis are inexpensive and frequent!) Bellresguard is a gated and sought after private development. The apartment not only benefits from its proximity to the sea (literally 4 mins stroll) , it is also close to the Tramuntana mountains , a haven for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. The mountains, seen from the balcony, are home to scores of bird species. The development is set within landscaped gardens with ponds, there is a large communal pool with shallow paddling area.

Provisional booking requests are held for up to a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of a completed booking contract, plus a payment equal to 25% of the total rent due as deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the total rental will be due for payment 6 weeks prior to departure. If full payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, cancellation will be assumed, and there will be no access to the apartment. Cancellation – The following charges will apply in the event of a booking cancellation:

Within 8 weeks – 25% of the total rental. Within 4 weeks – 50% of the total rental
Within 2 weeks –100% of the total rental (nil refund)
