No place for clothes. Kitchen small but okay. Nice and clean.
Loved the visits from the dogs and cats. I will miss them. Nice place to chill out very quiet. The stars are amazing. So was the owl outside the window.
What a disaster!
We didn't stay here for much more than 10 minutes we arrived on the 9th of May and were so upset to find a long deep trench along the garden ( which was so lovely pictured in the photos) and so much mud that it would have been impossible to stay for us and our dog. We were never told of this disruption
The property in my opinion was a lot smaller than the photos show and the sofa set was wet as it had been raining and all the cushions were soaked. We had driven 3 1/2 hours for this much needed break and were so disappointed.
We sent a message to the owner Geri saying how shocked we were and why hadnt she told us about the disruption and she was so rude accusing us of letting our dog damage a rug !
We were with the dog all the time we were there.
This was an awful experience and for 2 nights it was ridiculously overpriced for very small accommodation and a garden which was unusable.
The owner Geri refused to give us our money back .
Mr Chris Gough
Your dog was wildly out of control and caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to my property I state that well behaved dogs are welcome yours was not!
My online listing states that it is a studio ie small and even the dimensions are on there so if you didn’t do your research before booking sorry that isn’t my fault!!!
My nephew and his girlfriend loved their stay. The only problems they had was the check in was delayed and they were not informed about the local shop closing at 4pm and the local pub was closed. This meant they had to drive to a Tesco and another pub, when the idea of the holiday was to relax and not drive until they went home. They also said there was noisy building work at 08:30. Apart from that, they loved the experience.
Very nice property
Very cosy and lovely property.... with the added bonus of a fury visitor, Gracie the dog :) The only issue we had was the hot tub - the filter/heater wasn’t working when we arrived. Geri tried several different filters, but with no success. Eventually we had to resort to filling it with hot water which worked fine, so we were very grateful for the effort, as we had booked mainly for the hot tub. Thank you, Geri!
Quaint and cosy
Had a fab time, very relaxing and Geri and her family are lovely people, would highly recommend.
A recommended proposal location ❤️❤️❤️
I wanted a romantic place to bring my partner for a weekend, and this place was perfect. We’re both retired, and I planned to propose this weekend, I had the wine, my partners favourite track playing on my Bluetooth speaker, candles lit, stars were out, so I nervously went down on one knee.....in the hot tub(!).....and Sue said Yes!
A perfect weekend for us, the location, the accommodation, lovely!
Thank you so much for this lovely review I'm so honoured that you chose Hiraeth as your special place. Congratulations on the lovely news and all the best for the wedding :)
