Villa with 2 floors on the beach of Puerto Banús with 632 sq meters more 1.105 sq meters of private garden with 2 swimming pools, adults and children. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on the top floor, 2 bedrooms with glasses doors to exit of the balconies. On the other side of the property you can find the 5 bedroom with bathroom for 1 person thinking for the maid. Main floor there are the large living-dining room, with exit to the terrace, garden, swimming pools, kintchen and bathroom. From the private resort there is access to the beach of Puerto Banús and promenade. Parking place inside the villa and several places outside within of the development with security 24h. 5 minutes walking from the Puerto Banús centre and the famous Marina where you will find all the services and amenities of the town as First Brands stores, local stores, restaurants, cinemas, shopping centres, rental car, yacht, pharmacies, the area's nightlife, etc. Several Golf Courses are 5 minutes by car.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: all cost of electricity, air conditoning cold and hot, water, bed linen and bath towels. Maintenance swimming pools and garden also.

SECURITY: 24 hours, alarm in the villa, safe box are included in the price.

PARKING: 1 parking place inside the villa and several pariking with security are included in the price.

FINAL CLEANING: Included in the price.

PAYMENT FORM: 50% book. The other 50% 1 month before your arrival.

In the price are included all the cost as internet wifi, electricity, water, air conditoning hot and cold, alarm, pool and garden maintenance, parking, security. Pets are not allowed but could be there exceptions, please, ask me.
