Studio Flat available just opposite Brockley Station located on the 2nd Floor within a HMO licensed property.

Located on Brockley Road, the flat is within a minute's walking distance from the station, bus stops, local cafes and restaurants, convenience store, post office, local pub etc.

From Brockley Station it just two stops to London Bridge Station (10 minutes travelling time). You can also go as far as West Croydon & Caterham and Highbury & Islington direct from Brockley Station.

The property is also right opposite the new Sainsbury Store that's being built on Brockley Road.

The property enjoys good tenants , all residing in the property for a long time & occasional guests.

A cleaner comes in 3 times a week to clean the communal areas, communal kitchen and bathrooms. if a Guest is residing in any of the rooms or flats the cleaner will clean these flats and rooms as part of the charges.

The flat is airy, neat, nicely decorated.

It has its own kitchen with seating area a separate bedroom area with built in shower and hand wash basin.

The flat does not benefit from a toilet. However there are 3 newly refurbished toilet/shower on the first floor.

Its furnished with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cooker and other necessary furniture.

The property has fire alarm system, fire extinguishers and smoke alarms

Nettes Personal, Haus etwas abgewohnt, super Infrastruktur im Stadtviertel

Das Haus recht abgewohnt, im Hof lag Sperrmüll, das Appartement war nicht das auf den Fotos. Um einen sauberen Boden zu haben mussten wir uns einen Besen besorgen und durchfegen. Töpfe gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Das Appartement liegt, besonders morgens im Berufsverkehr, recht laut. Aber: Nettes Servicepersonal, auch per Mail und Telefon, alles klappte reibungslos. Der Kontakt war nett und freundlich. Gute Infrastruktur zwei Supermärkte, ein guter Pub, Cafe, Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants (karibisch, pakistanisch, etc.) nahe bei. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung über den Bahnhof Brockley (direkt in die City, aber auch schnell von Gatwick erreichbar).

Nice staff, bit shabby house, super infrastructure Neighborhood

Shabby house, right in the courtyard was bulky waste stored, the apartment was not that one on the photos. In order to have a clean floor, we had to get a broom and sweep the floor ourselves. Pots were only on demand. The apartment is located quite noisy, especially in the morning during rush hour. But: Nice staff, everything went smooth, also by e-mail and telephone. The contact was nice and friendly. Good infrastructure with two supermarkets, a good pub, cafe, bakery and several restaurants (Caribbean, Pakistani, etc.) nearby. Very good transport links via the Brockley Railway Station (directly into the city, also quickly reachable from Gatwick Airport).
