Available all throughout the year for holiday lets, for short winter breaks and long term winter lets this modern 3 level property offers a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy a well appointed property overlooking Javea marina. It is just a short stroll from the popular sandy beaches of the Arenal with their safe swimming, variety of water sports, bars and restaurants. The complex itself has tennis courts, a fantastic lagoon style pool and extensive lawned tropical gardens.

The accommodation on offer has been tastefully furnished throughout by the owner and comprises of a bright and sunny lounge/dining room with patio doors opening onto a private paved terrace with patio furniture and BBQ for 'al fresco' dining overlooking the marina. The lounge also has English & Spanish Digital TV plus DVD, WiFi Internet Connection and IPOD Docking Station.There is a fully equipped galley style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a separate utility area with a washing machine. An open staircase leads up to level two which has a small open lounge area with Sofa Bed, twin bedroom and shower room with sink and toilet. A further staircase leads up to level three which has the bright and sunny master bedroom with built in wardrobes and a small balcony with excellent open views over the marina, a twin bedroom and a full family bathroom.

Air Con is installed throughout the property, its use is offered as an Optional Extra at an Additional Charge of £60.00.

The property is also a ten minute stroll to the Port of Javea with its tapas bars and restaurants but if you prefer, there is a bus stop just a minutes stroll away. The bus runs every 30 minutes during the summer and the route is a constant loop from the Arenal Beach, Port, Old Town, Cala Blanca Beach and Toscamar. It is just a couple of euros and in the winter it runs hourly.

Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its 20 km of unspoiled beauty, excellent 'blue flag' beaches and hidden coves. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' offers beautiful sandy beaches with safe bathing and a variety of water sports, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for children in the summer months with rides, trampoline and go-kart. The 'port' is a traditional fishing port with a large marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The historic town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambiance and offers an array of shops and traditional 'tapas bars'. The spectacular fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the summer months. The town house is situated overlooking the marina and is within a few minutes walk to the Arenal beach and all amenities.

Nearby areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a themed swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. other nearby towns include Moraira with spectacular coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Balearic islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teulada.

Nearby golf courses: The town house is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea itself has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballisteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

March 07 - Thanks for a lovely week, we loved it all, the location, decor and comfort. This is our 6th time in Javea and we can honestly say that this has been our best accommodation. Will certainly recommend to our friends.

March 07 - We had a fantastic holiday and would certainly recommend this lovely townhouse and Javea itself. Perfectly situated only a short walk to Arenal Beach and a lovely stroll to the Port. The house was well equipped and there is a fantastic communal pool. We would definately return.

August 06 - What a brilliant time we had at Casa Cariad, short walk to beach and although close to all bars and restaurants it was in a perfect quiet location. Decor was contemporary, clean and retained a spanish feel. The best part the fantastic pool.

July 06 - Having just booked our 4th holiday to casa cariad we cannot recommend highly enough as it offers us fantastically located accommodation within a 5 min walk to beach, restaurants, shops & Bars and an ideal place for kids

Perfectly situated, modern, family friendly home.

We were looking for a home from home for a short break with our young family and couldn't have been happier with what we found at Casa Cariad.

It is beautifully furnished and has all mod cons including air con in all bedrooms.

The pool is a lovely place to unwind and the sandy beach is only a short walk away and is very family orientated. However, if you want a little more excitement, if you walk a little further there is a rocky beach perfect for rockpooling with the kids.

The Arenal has plenty of restaurants and bars, which are all family friendly.

Overall, we had a perfect mini break and would thoroughly recommend for families, couples and those just wanting a break from the norm.

This has something for all

I stayed with 4 other adults and it suited us very well. We were there for relaxed fun.

Location within Javea is great & secluded, all shopping (including supermarkets), restaurants & bars are easily accessible whether by foot or car.

The property itself had all the facilities we required, and is very well appointed. Self-catering there was fine and the inside & personal outside patio area more than sufficed.

I just have to mention that the shared pool is huge with plenty of space around it for everyone staying within the Casa Cariad complex to enjoy & relax, the kids whilst we were there loved it.

The Arenal beach (10 min walk) is a lovely horse shoe sandy beach, lined at the back by a promenade of various shops, bars & restaurants, so everything is at hand including beach loungers with shade to rent for the day. There is a great choice of water activities for all ages and the beach has a long shallow gradient walking out into the sea. Also the craft market, which opens in the evenings, has curiosities for everyone.

The old town (20 min walk) is also interesting if you are looking for something traditionally Spanish, atmosphere & look wise.

This will definitely be a regular booking for me going forward.

Does exactly what it says on the can

First visit to Javea as we normally stay further south. Easy to find, no problem parking, quiet and friendly. Incredibly close to the main beach and facilities. Our 2 sons (8 & 9) loved the pool and the sea.

Very clean, well maintained. We ate out mainly but kitchen was up to cooking dinner for us and the friends we went to see.

Would happily recommend.

Arenal Park Review

A great family resort which caters for all ages, Lovely Restaurants, beaches, water sports, shopping and very local to either Alicante and Valencia airports.

Everything is all very local so no need to hire a car even!

The complex that the accommodation is on is very clean and tidy and looks like a fair number of locals live in the area, so this is very promising.Just a 5 minute walk to the lovely Arenal beach.

The complex has a huge swimming pool which the children and we alike loved!

Tennis courts are also available which we used and the complex is locked so we felt very safe.

The accommodation itself was perfect for us (family of 5) it had a well equipped kitchen, which looks out into the complex, this leads into the down stairs living area. This has a dining area, sitting and living area, TV with loads of channels, Patio doors leading to the outside area with tables and chairs and BBQ. Great views of the Mountain and the Marine estuary with all the boats…

Upstairs you have 2 bathrooms with wc’s and showers, another living sitting area with again great views, very relaxing while reading. The bedrooms were 2 x twins and a double..all very comfortable, clean and tidy and well decorated.

We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay…have booked again already!

Gem of a find

I have never written a review before, however on this occasion thought I should share my find with others.

Having been to Javea on many occasions, I always try to come in September as the weather is generally a bit cooler and the kids have gone back to school.

Whilst doing my usual online search for properties to rent I found this town house that ticked all my boxes, I would normally book a villa, but the problem I have found is that I have to do quite a bit of driving and I like a drink in the evenings therefore wanted something closer to the bars and restaurants.

I arrived at this property in the evening, and was surprised how quiet it was even though all the bars and restaurants are only a short walk away a good start I thought, the property was very clean, with modern furniture all the luxuries that I wanted whilst on holiday.

The swimming pool was probably the biggest I have ever seen, and whilst using this most days, it appeared my own private pool as I only saw a few other people.

The pool also had a childrens section, this would be great for a family and I was also informed that in the summer months they have a lifeguard.

There is also two full size tennis courts on site, which unfortunately I didn’t get to use as the weather was so hot, thankfully the house had air conditioning throughout.

I have to say that I had a fantastic stay at this property, and would be very happy to recommend to others.

Perfect Location and a home from home!

I have visited Javea many times before, and have finally found a property that I will go back to time and again. Perfectly situated for the beach, with its many bars and restaurants, but not too close so that you get the noise at night. I visited here with a group of friends for a long weekend, and Casa Cariad provided the perfect base for beach and pool during the day, pre dinner drinks on the patio as the sun goes down, and then more than enough room that 4 of us weren't on top of each other. I'd definitely recommend this property to families (the pool is huge), couples or groups, as Casa Cariad and the surrounding area has something to offer everyone! I can't wait to go back again next year.

The spacious garden and large swimming pool are communal for the sole use of residents and holiday guests.
