Wonderful Family Christmas

Church Farm House is a beautiful cottage situated in quiet Campsea Ashe. It has everything you could wish for and was the perfect place for our family Christmas. Our grandchildren loved all the games and the endless supply of ice from the American fridge freezer. Amanda is a lovely host and couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend this cottage if you want a good spot for touring round Suffolk.

Gorgeous Cottage

This is a fabulous cottage: so cosy, beautifully decorated and well equipped. There's loads to do locally, wish we had stayed longer.

Peaceful and relaxing

Property much larger than it looks outside. Owner greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Beds very comfy in large bedrooms. Plenty of space so you don't feel crowded. Would love to stay again.
