200 meters down a small hill, you will find bus stop that will take you from Nerja to Málaga city center, railway station and bus station (where you can connect to the airport)

There is a municipal bus stop to use to reach the town or the beaches within 25 meters of housing.

To learn more about the environment in the province of Malaga during your stay, the vehicle is recommended. Easy parking in the area.

Property was fantastic. Views, extensive outside area and pool made relaxing very easy.

Property is exactly as advertised. The property is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Wi Fi speed is excellent. Garden, pool and terrace are all exceptional features and all very well maintained. Owner and host is welcoming and helpful. Good location in a nice quiet residential area. Property met all our needs and has left us with the feeling of a luxurious, relaxing and tranquil holiday.

A clean modern property with amazing views!

I would recommend this VRBO to my friends and family. We were 6 adults and found with the beautiful outdoor living space...deck, eating area, and pool...that there was plenty of space. Our host , Gody, welcomed us with some fresh fruit and drinks, answered any questions we had, and was very helpful.

The views from the deck are stunning. The bedrooms were very comfortable , the kitchen was well stocked with supplies...we cooked each night and truly enjoyed eating out on the patio. The pictures on the VRBO site are very accurate....a clean, well kept property. Gody showed us Tennis courts nearby and we discovered an archeological cave site one block away..Cuevo del Tosoro that was worth the visit. The VRBO is on the top of a hill...so it is a 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach at Rincon de la Victoria and a 20 minute bus ride into Malaga.

Thanks to our host Gody..hope to return sometime!

Eine tolle Ferienunterkunft mit superschönem Außenbereich

Wir waren im November zu viert dort und hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt: das Appartement groß genug und schön praktisch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, der Name ist echt, und er ist jederzeit ansprechbar, allerdings fast nur spanisch, ein bisschen englisch. Großartiger Außenbereich mit schönem Pool und Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die unten liegende Stadt und das Meer. Autobahn ist kaum zu hören. Lidl in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideale Lage für (aktiven) Strandurlaub und Erkundung Andalusiens mit Leihauto, z.B. Ronda und umliegende Bergwelt (1,5h) oder Alhambra (1,5h).

Modern, clean, in a very good condition with a very friendly owner and an amazing view!

Went to this place in october 2017 with a group of 5 persons. The owner welcomed us friendly and polite and informed us about the rules of the house (noise pollution during the night etc.).

We found the appartment as well as the terrace and pool to be clean, modern and in a very good shape - everything as shown on the pictures. The appartment offered enough space for our group to sleep, eat and drink together in the living room even though i would estimate it as a little too small for 6 persons to hang out in there for more than a few hours.

The terrace offers enough space for even a bigger group as well as beautiful view over the town and the ocean.

The pool was clean and had an appropirate size for the 5 of us.

The township where the appartment is located has a great connection to the highway which will lead you to several sights and cities in quite a short time.

Shopping possibilities (fashion and groceries) are very close.

I would definitely recommed to rent a car due to the various sights and beaches around the are. There is enough space to park the car right in front of the house.

General impression: Very positive!

Would I recommend it? Definitely!

A great place to stay and live in the sunshine

This is an amazing place to stay. Weblovedbit from the moment we came in. Our daughter 5years of age just felt at home from the moment she saw the pool. Everything is very clean, well organized and the landlord is a star. Helped us in every way and was there when we needed him. The view is great and in the evening you can enjoy a wine and food on the tarace. Allbto your own use.
