About the property

This beautiful apartment is located in a well maintained condominium in the posh Playa del Duque area of Costa Adeje. In its walking proximity is the Del Duque shopping mall and the El Duque shopping arcade. There is also a large selection of restaurants in the area and the Playa del Duque beach is just within 5 minutes walk and the Playa Fanabe beach is within 10 minutes walk.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (both with double beds) and will ideally suit two couples or a family with children. Each room is equipped with an LCD TV. So you can watch your favorite programs in any room. The living room has enough sitting places to accommodate your guests. The American style kitchen will let you talk to your family or friends while cooking.

The apartment is located on the second floor (the last floor) and has its own cozy terrace with armchairs and the views on the swimming pool and the garden. There is a dinner table where you could enjoy food with you family or friends.

A car is not needed for this area as the apartment is located next to a bus stop and within a walking distance to the shops and the beach. But a parking lot in the underground parking is provided in case you would like to rent a car during your holiday.

Lovely villa, great location

Just returned from an amazing two week stay at this villa with the family. You get what you expect from the pictures, a lovely clean cosy 2 bedroom villa with all the amenities you need. Kitchen has everything you would need if cooking in is your thing. Lovely little balcony for sitting in the morning/evening. We got the wifi and that was fine also. The bedrooms are a little hot on a night with no air con, so a fan is needed in the summer! Pool area is fab, plenty of sun beds , pool great for kids with a large shallow end and it is plenty big enough that it doesn't get too crowded.

Villa is in a fab location in the el Duque area of Adeje, be warned there is a steep hill down to the plush El Duque shopping centre which also has a great cafe for lunch (but there are other routes down & back to the main promenade in Fanabe with much less steep hills!). Down on the beach front there is a huge selection of shops/bars/restaurants which should cater for anything you want. Plenty of activities & entertainment happening if you have kids.

There is a small 24hr supermarket across road which is handy and a larger one about 5 mins walk away.

All in all a fantastic villa which I'd recommend to anyone, with great facilities and in a good location. Perfect.

Lovely Apartment

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lovely balcony with view over pool. Perfect for sun first thing and to relax on at the end of the day in the shade. Lots of sun beds this time of year and very quiet. Apartment was well kitted out with lots of bedding and towels and beach towels. Bathroom very attractive in lime green. Small supermarket across the road - 3/4minutes walk and Costa Adeje Gran Hotel directly opposite entrance to apartment block. Great restaurant, Il Vecchio right next door. 10 minutes walk (bit of a hill) to Plaza del Duque shopping mall - lots of good shops and good cafe selling excellent cakes! Duquese promenade right next to it which is really clean and modern with several lovely places to eat or just drink coffee and watch the world go by. And also marvel at the waves crashing against the rocks in spectacular fashion! All in all a great apartment in a really good position.

There are bus stops only a short walk either side of apartment block and also a taxi rank. Market on several days a week opposite taxi rank.

Apartment up some steps so need to be aware of that. Highly recommend.

Modern, clean apartment in a great location

This was our first visit to Costa Adeje and we didn't know very much about the location of the apartment we had booked. As it turned out, for us, we had been very lucky. We much preferred the new developments in the El Duque part of the resort and, as a result, this apartment was well placed for visits to the El Duque beach and smart restaurants and shopping centres. There is a small 24hr supermarket across the road and a larger one just 5 minutes away. The apartment was clean and modern, it had everything you would need to ensure you had a good stay. The complex was well maintained, the pool area was very nice, we always had access to sunbeds and the people we met were very friendly.

My only criticisms would be, and I must stress that they are really just minor irritations, are that the towels and bed linen are a little bit tired and could do with replacing, although there is a washing machine there wasn't anywhere to hang any washing, there wasn't any instruction on what to do with the rubbish, the tv only shows Spanish tv, not an issue for us but anyone liking to keep up with shows from the uk may be disappointed, being used to a mains pressure shower at home the shower was 'gentle'. As I said these are really minor irritations and didn't spoil our holiday and I wouldn't hesitate in booking this apartment in the future.

Clean and reasonably appointed.

Nice apartment, well situated. An information booklet with contact phone numbers etc would have been helpful. Welcome pack, even at cost would be a good idea when arriving late in the day. Not really suited if four adults staying as dining in the apartment does not work, but absolutely ideal for two people. Good restaurants nearby and good bus service from outside of apartment to all over island at reasonable prices.

Beautiful modern apartment

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Tenerife. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, I could not fault it. The pool area was lovely loads of sunbeds whenever you wanted them very peaceful. I would love to go there again.
