Casa Vives A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment made of stone. It sleeps three people. It is appoximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features winter heating.
You will be in the center of Montemaggiore Belsito, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Casa Vives A is located on the ground floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the street level without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Vives A you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Casa Vives A, Casa Vives B and Casa Vives C are three homes with separate entrances that are part of one structure. Each home opens onto the street.
All three are part of a stone building, typical of small town Sicilian construction, dating back to the 1800s, and have been carefully restored.
The living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the pedestrian street through a French door.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the pedestrian street through a French door.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
