Casa Nuvola is a bright and elegant apartment located on the lake promenade of Lake Garda. It sleeps five people. From Casa Nuvola you will enjoy a thrilling view of the lake. Casa Nuvola is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Salò, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, the lake and the tourist port. You will find the bus stop at 300 meters (990 feet) and the beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).
Casa Nuvola is located on the attic level of a three story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 50 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Nuvola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Alternatively, you can park for a fee in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). Living Room
The living room is paved with elegant wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the lake through four double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the lake through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has a double-glazed window with a partial view of the lake. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.
Casa Nuvola is a nice apartment - bright, comfortable and much roomy. The location and the view are great. We liked it very much!

Alle Angeben bezüglich, Lage Ausstattung und Zustand stimmen mit den Bildern überein. Der Aufenthalt wird einem einfach gemacht durch die sehr schöne Ausstattung. Leider fehlen für das perfekte Abendessen wie so oft gute Pfannen und Töpfe. Sowie eine "gute Kaffeemaschine". Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Lage der WE ist optimal am Lago. Bedingt durch die erste Reihe sind dort viele Lokale und Restaurantes - aber auch der dadurch verursachte Lärm bis gegen Mitternacht.
Zu dieser WE MÜSSEN sie die Garage anmieten -150,-€/p.w. sonst ist kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Zufahrt zu WE ist nur morgens zwischen 7-10Uhr möglich.
Die WE ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Sie liegt im 4.OG - 60 Stufen. Aber dadurch den schönen Ausblick.
Die Ausstattung läst viele Wünsche offen. Es gibt keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank im kleinen Schafzimmer nicht einmal eine Kommode. Gegenstände des tgl. Gebrauchs fehlen z.B. Bügelbrett, Föhn, richtige Kaffemaschine, Korkenzieher, Toaster ect.
Die englisch Kenntnisse des Vermieters sind sehr rudimentär.
