Majorcan holiday house at beach front, Cala Ratjada.
This well maintained holiday house is located on the waterfront of Cala Ratjada and offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Son Moll beach which can be reached in 2-minute walk from the house.
The Single-storey detached house has a living area of 90 sqm plus a terrace. Closed, well-equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer and an electric grill.
3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 1 single bed). In the house is 1 full bath with tub, outdoor another toilet is located. Living/dining room with satellite-TV and access to the sea view terrace garden furniture and sun loungers. Due to the central heating the house is habitable the whole year around.
In just a few minutes you reach the Son Moll beach and the center of Cala Ratjada with shops, bakers, village square, taxi stand, discos, bars and restaurants. The ideal starting point for a memorable stay at the sea.
In 10-15 minutes by car from golf courses like Golf Capdepera, Son Servera and Canyamel, as well as other beaches and attractions such as the caves in Canyamel or the prehistoric settlement of Ses Paises in Arta.
