Casa Melissa A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment with the strong charachter which derives from it actually being a restored old mill. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Sannicola, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Melissa A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Melissa A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.60 meters (8.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by olive trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 6 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing olive trees and by citrus trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and a sun lounger.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room boasts a star vault. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a small window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
