Villa Fernanda is an elegant and welcoming independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Fernanda you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Fernanda is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Villa Fernanda from the street level going down a short public walkway that includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fernanda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. Terrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Living Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the kitchen. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room and from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the second living room. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
