Domaine Juan Flore is a secure complex of apartments, with a guardian, just off the Avenue de Cannes in Juan les Pins, rated 2nd Best complex in Juan les Pins by TripAdvisor.

Great French Riviera holiday home, in a relaxed atmosphere, with fun activities for all.

Domaine Juan Flore facilities:

- secure guarded complex.

- Private swimming pool only open to residents; entry is by colour coded bracelets. There is also a shallow toddler pool and plenty of sunbathing space ( sun chairs available in the appartement).

All linen and towels provided and end of stay cleaning included in the price.

The pool is open June – September, with life guard surveillance in July and August.

- 5 hectares of extensive landscaped gardens with regional plants.

-Sandy public or private beaches, 5mn walk with a pedestrian only direct pathway.

- Shopping precinct with big supermarket, boulangerie, hairdressers, beauty salon, bars and restaurants (including a Mc Donalds).

Juan les Pins , along the seafront -about 15 minutes walk ( to the left) - for shopping, lively nightlife, restaurants, bars, clubs and private beaches.

Golfe Juan along the seafront -about 15 minutes walk 'to the right), has a different character – luxury boats and a beautiful marina with restaurants and bars.

The 'season' is June through to September when temperatures can reach 35C in the sun. During this time it is busy and lively with restaurants and beach bars extending their tables right down to the sea to accommodate customers. Outside of the main summer months the climate is usually warm, and generally sunny.

Nice airport is about 17 Km away. You can hire a car or the bus service (no. 250) goes from Nice airport, right outside the terminal building, directly along the Avenue de Cannes stopping about 50m from the complex. Directions/instructions will be given.

Taxis operate from the airport but expect to pay up to €80 during the season .

The return journey to the airport is easily done by bus – no need to pay for a taxi - which will cost you just €9 each. The bus no. 250 is a dedicated airport service and your luggage will be placed in the hold by the driver.

Children welcome, non-smoking inside, easy access with large corridors.

A preferential discount rate is offered if you rent both properties on the same weeks.

Spacious (45 m2) one bed-roomed apartment with AiR CON and WIFI. on the top floor of a low rise 3 level building.

- American kitchen with full facilities, plenty of cooking equipment and utensils, oven/hob, dish-washer, fridge/ freezer and washing machine.

- Spacious lounge with a comfy dark grey clothed sofa that pulls open into a comfortable bed (160 cm) that sleeps 2, coffee table, dinning table and chairs for 4, TV/DVD, WIFI. Double patio slidding doors with. electric blinds.

- Bedroom with double bed.

Bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage space.Window with manual blinds.

-En-suite Bathroom with a bath/shower and wash bassin.

- Separate independant WC.

- A South facing terrace (12m2), leading off from the lounge with comftable seating, outside table and chairs for 4, Plancha barbecue, overlooking a quiet garden.

I have owned the top floor, one bedroom for two years, and have rented it out successfully for three seasons.

I have invested in the garden Studio this year and our first season went really well.

Both properties are in the same Domaine as it's just a lovely place to spend a holiday.

Excellent stay

Fantastic apartment in a very large complex. Nicky was extremely helpful throughout, with a response straight away, and the representative was extremely helpful and pleasant also, nothing was too much bother. That apartment has all you need for s holiday break, and the air conditioning was great. The pool is lovely although very restrictive for the kids as you wernt allowed to dive or jump in, and the slide isn't working, but this isn't the owners fault. The beach is a 5 min walk away and is fabulous. There is a small square just outside the complex with 2 large supermarkets and s handful of restaurants. The buses are also available at the top of the road. You can walk into Jual les pins in about 15 mins, or head the other direction into golf Juan, about a 10 min walk, both great towns. This apartment has all anyone would need and was certainly large enough for us as a family of four. I would love to return in the future. Thank you Nicky and Jidie.

Good location and modern facility

Location of appartments is very good: close to the beach, Nice and Cannes. Appartments vewry wall equipped. Everything is modern. Wide balcony with sofa, chares and table to have a rest and breackfast.

Supermarket is nearby.

We are thirs time in Juan les Pins and visited all sightseeng places around. This stay was great as well.

Super appartement. N'hésitez pas à réserver !!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement moderne et bien équipé. Le domaine est très calme et très sécurisé. Il est très appréciable aussi d'avoir un parking fermé sur place. La mer à quelques pas et la superbe piscine pour vous rafraîchir après un grand nombre de choses à faire dans cette très belle région. A refaire sans hésitation !!!
