Superb house in the heart of Muscadet region. Ideally situated in the countryside surrounded by orchards and meadows and only five minutes from Lege or Corcoue for shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The beach at Saint Jean de Monts is about 30 minutes away. There are many wine-tasting opportunities in this area known for its Muscadet wine, the Chateau de Goulaine at Courcoue being a fine example. Part of a 60 hectare estate, this beautifully renovated 18th century country house has been thoroughly modernised.
