Recently refurbished 3 bedrooms apartment located near the sea in quiet residential area of ​​Palma de Mallorca just near Ciudad Jardin famous beach.

Rooms description: 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and wardrobes,

1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (full size), dining room with sofa, big table for 8 person, kitchen separated from living room, 2 bath room, balcony.

On the roof there is the communitarian terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains.

Equipment of the apartments:

Free WiFi, TV, windows with Anti mosquito nets in the bedrooms.

2015 IKEA furniture and bedding.

Fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave With grill, toaster, kettle, almost everything you need for cooking and eating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels, beach towels.

Services and infrastructure:

Parking on the street is free.

Optionaly underground parking in the house for an additional fee 5 euro per day or 25 per week.

If you booking car from us you can use underground parking free of charge.

Perfect location for the beach and the city

The property was perfect for our holiday to Palma... It's in a great location by the beach and some great local restaurants. The bus stop to Palma is just outside and we would definately stay in this location again..our only suggestion would be more pillows and good pillows as it really does make a massive difference..

Gute Ausstattung, unbefriedigende Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet aber eher unpersönlich, nüchtern. Die Wohnung ist im 1.Stock im Eckhaus an einer stark befahrenen Straße, gegenüber der zentralen Müllcontainer. Diese werden dreimal wöchentlich sehr früh am Morgen geleert. Das Schlafzimmer nach vorne ist ziemlich laut. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen ist im Dezember kaum hörbar. Positiv ist die Nähe zum Meer und der Strandpromenade. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr geschäftsmäßig. Unser Doposit von Euro 200, das wir bei der Schlüsselübergabe bezahlten, wurde uns erst nach Anmahnungen ca. 4 Wochen später zurücküberwiesen.
