A fantastic residence constructed with thoughtfulness and intelligence, characterised by a natural stone façade and surrounded by colourful gardens in the middle of Mediterranean woodland with olive, carob and pine trees...250m2 of travertine marble terraces, sandstone columns, Arabian tiled roofs, exposed wooden beams and a never ending list of comforts complete this home.

Bedroom (1) – double bed 180 cm, fully equipped bathroom in suit and wardrobe.

Bedroom (2) and (3) – double beds 150 cm, bathroom in suit.

Bedroom (4) – twin beds 100 cm.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and bathroom suite with both shower and bath.

A further three bedrooms are on the ground floor, two with double beds (150cm) and bathrooms en suite, the third has two single beds (100cm) and separate shower and toilet. All rooms have parquet flooring, reverse cycle air conditioning and central heating.

The farmhouse living dining room is large, bright and home to a satellite TV, plasma screen, DVD, CD and Internet. The marvellous kitchen has an island and is equipped with the latest appliances. The house has a covered terrace perfect for eating outside as well as a second free standing terrace with BBQ and wood oven, the latter being essential for many delicious specialities served in Majorca.

The swimming pool is a particular jewel (12m x 5m) with cold Jacuzzi (3m x 3m) as well as paddling area of 5cm depth and measuring 12m x 3m. This is a glorious and hugely memorable retreat.

Details: Cleaning service 3 daily hours 6 days a week, change of sheets and towels twice a week and service of breakfast with fresh bread and newspaper. Laundry service, Bathrobe. Satellite TV in lounge and bedroom. DVD, Wi-Fi, BBQ, wooden oven, large table of interior and exterior for 12/14 pax. Swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Chill out area, ecological orchard.

The municipality of Pollensa includes, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, the Port of Pollensa and Formentor with fantastic clear water caves and sandy beaches.

The Old Town is a perfect place to see the ‘authentic’ Mallorca. The centre is a maze of narrow paved streets, the main market square, perhaps the most charming in all of Mallorca, oozes with history and tradition and is the central meeting place for locals and visitors alike, and venue to the colourful weekly Sunday morning market. A place to catch up on the gossip, share tapas and drinks with friends, to write, to paint, to photograph….there is always something going on.

The town has more than its fair share of architectural monuments including five beautiful churches, a museum, cloisters, and many stunning privately owned homes within its network of shady streets, which if you are lucky enough to get a peek into, reveal pools and fabulous patio gardens.
