About Seward Properties

We have been thrilled to open the cottage to those exploring Seward since 2008. We have lived in Alaska for 20 years now and we fell in love with Seward the first time we visited.

Seward Properties purchased this cottage in 2006

Why Seward Properties chose Kenai Peninsula

The location of this property is incredible! We love our views, the proximity to town and that the Sealife Center is right around the corner. The cottage itself has a great deal of character and charm, a classic Seward home!

Guestbook comments from the manager

I love the location of this house! It is close to everything, has a great view and is very spacious. I feel like it was a great deal for the price and, if I ever return to Seward, I would stay here again.

Excellent location on Seward waterfront

  • 5 of 5

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday and enjoyed the close access to all activities. Excellent location on the waterfront. Great house for families with the three different bedrooms and proximity to the playground across the street.

Great place!!

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was very comfortable: the beds were good, the views were incredible and the location was perfect. It was very clean & well organized & would be great for extended stays. The only problem was there were no sheets or blankets for the two guys who slept on the couch & too late after dinner to roust anyone to bring those items. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Owner's Response: I am SO sorry that the sheets were not where they were supposed to be! There is always a spare set in the closet but the cleaning lady must have forgotten to re-stock them. I apologize for the inconvenience!!! I will be sure to have that double-checked. Thank you for your nice review.

Nice place with great views

  • 5 of 5

The house looks deceptively small from the outside, but once inside there was plenty of room for all 6 adults, plus some. Each person had their own bed, although some had to share a room. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Check out instructions were clearly posted on the fridge and back door. Wifi worked fine for our needs.

The campground across the street was quiet and not a problem at all. We were within walking distance to good restaurants and activities. Exit glacier is less than 20 mins away and worth checking out.

We would stay here again.
