No. 33 Guthrie Court is a 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 5 people in private grounds adjacent to the world famous Gleneagles 5* Hotel and golf resort.

Guests may use the facilities at Gleneagles which offers three 18-hole golf courses; Kings, Queens and Ryder Cup PGA Course 2014 and one 9-hole course. There are 4 restaurants including the Andrew Fairlie Michelin Star restaurant, cafés, bars, shopping, clay pigeon shooting, equestrian centre, falconry, off road driving and luxury spa. We recommend you pre-book and pay for activities directly with the hotel resort prior to your arrival.

The Perthshire countryside around Gleneagles offers endless oportunities for hillwalking and mountain biking.

The friendly village of Auchterarder is 1 mile away with supermarket, banking, a fine selection of shops as well as cafes and restaurants.

The apartment has a large open plan living/dining lounge with patio doors leading off to a small balcony with views to the beautifully manicured grounds. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining seating for 6 and ample lounge seating on three large leather sofas.The master bedroom has a superking bed or can be made up as two single beds and an en-suite, fully tiled bathroom with power shower. Bedroom two has a kingsize bed and bedroom three is a single room. Both have use of the family bathroom, fully tiled with bath and overhead power shower. Electric central heating, luxury bed linen and towels are included in the rent and the apartment has WIFI and flat screen TV with freeview. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Access is by private security entrance, gardens are shared and lead on to the hotel grounds. There is ample storage in the apartment for golf clubs and suitcases and parking is provided. Pets may be allowed, please ask. No smoking. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.

Nice condo at GlenEagles!

Great space for 5+ adults. The gift basket was a nice touch. Location is very central for touring Scotland.

Great location for girls weekend

Great stay. Graeme the owner met us and there was a goody bag of essentials in case we'd forgotten anything.

The flat was well equipped and adjacent to the hotel where we had afternoon tea etc.

Auchterarder has a co-op and a good range of cafes and restaurants.

The kitchen was in need of attention due to small pieces of careless damage. There was a small leak in the ensuite toilet. The lack of a breadboard& a decent frying pan

Great accomadation in super location

A very nice clean apartment in a very good location ,very comfortable sitting area and well equipped kitchen.the bedrooms were a nice size with very comfortable beds ,good powerful showers plenty of hot water, Great parking with very wide bays,A very enjoyable holiday experience ,would definitely recommend

A lovely relaxing stay in Scotland

We had a wonderful stay at Guthrie Court. The apartment was spacious and clean with 3 big relaxing leather sofas. The surroundings were outstanding and it was so nice to be able to step outside the front door and be in such lovely grounds and scenery. Apart from a trip to Stirling and Loch Lomond we found plenty to do around the grounds of the Gleneagles, walking around the golf courses and nipping into the hotel bar for a drink. We would definitely go back to Guthrie Court and recommend it to anyone just wanting a relaxing week away.

    At end of your stay, the good housekeeping deposit is refunded onto the card used to make the balance payment. Please ensure that this card is valid beyond your departure date to enable this refund. Failure to use a card valid beyond departure date will incur bank charges to process the refund to International bank accounts.



    Please note that if your booking is placed less than 6 weeks before arrival date full payment must be made on booking.

    BY BOOKING AND MAKING PAYMENT YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT/CANCELLATION :



    Deposit, security payment and payment



    1. A 50% non refundable deposit has been made by you. This is to secure your booking and represents a booking that will be fully confirmed on receipt of the remainder of the letting fee before or on the date given above.

    2. Confirmation of the booking will normally be made to you within seven days of receipt of the full payment.

    3. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the rental period.

    4. If a booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the rental period, full payment plus a breakages/damage deposit is required to secure the booking.

    5. A refundable breakages/damages deposit has been made. This is to cover any breakages or damage whilst staying in the apartment. It will be returned after the rental period following a complete and satisfactory check of the inventory and property.This can take up to 7 days to show in your account.

    6. Full details of how to get to the house and where the key can be collected will be sent to the person making the booking after full payment has been received and no sooner than 2 weeks before the date of entry.

    7. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.



    Changes to the booking dates



    1. Any change can be made to the booking (subject to availability) before 6 weeks with no charges. However changes may be subject to necessary changes in rental period charges

    2. Any changes to bookings made with less than 6 weeks to booking are made at the owner's discretion and subject to necessary changes in rental period charges.

    3. All changes made with less than 6 weeks to the rental period are subject to a standard charge of £50 or currency equivalent.



    Cancellation Charges



    The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed.

    Cancellation must be made in writing.

    Cancellation charges are as follows

    Less than 6 weeks – loss of total rental value, however good housekeeping deposit will be returned.

    More than 6 weeks - loss of 50% non refundable deposit made on booking.



    Please Note: if the owners are able to re-book the cancelled weeks, there will only be a £50 administration charge made, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
