SUPER 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT CLOSE TO BEACH & MARINA WITH TERRACE, POOL, SAT TV/DVD

A lovely 2-bedroom apartment at ground floor level with large terrace in this much sought after, secure, gated and well maintained complex. The apartment and terrace overlook the lovely pool and landscaped gardens.

The apartment is south-west facing, perfect for the year round afternoon and evening sun.

Accommodation includes: Entrance Hall, new fully fitted Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms 1 double and 2 single with built-in wardrobes, new bathroom with shower and bath, large terrace with outdoor table and chairs overlooking pool and gardens

The Imperial Puerto 3 is a lovely apartment complex located 200 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walking distance from all amenities. The complex is well maintained, and is secure and gated. The communal swimming pool is large and safe. There are lovely landscaped gardens and a large terrace for all-day sunbathing.

The complex is popular and sought after by previous visitors.

Lots of good restaurants, cafes, shops and bars to suit all tastes are nearby, and also many hotels including the Sol Timor, Sol Aloha Puerto, the Riu and the Pez Espada, all within short walking distance.

There is a beautiful promenade at the beachfront with numerous and popular bar/restaurants {Chiringuitos} that overlooking the beach and sea. The promenade leads directly to Torremolinos, Benalmadena or Torrequebrada. The marina is only a 5 minute walk away and is full of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, yachts and shopping. The beach is long, attractive and well maintained. Swimming is safe and there are lifeguards on duty.

A Lidl supermarket is only 100 meters from the apartment. 24 hour Square is nearby and there are banks and an excellent tourist information centre.

You do not need a car. The local bus stop is 100 metres away and the train station El Pinillo is a 15 min walk and goes direct to the airport, Malaga and Fuengirola.

There are taxi ranks at the Sol Timor and Sol Aloha Hotels, just 100 meters from the apartment.

Local attractions:

Aqualand Water Park, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World and cable car and Paloma Park are all a 5 minute taxi journey away.

The Sea Life Aquarium is in the Marina just 5 minutes walk away.

Paloma Park is a beautiful nature park. There is a local market adjacent on Wednesday mornings.

The famous San Miguel Street in the heart of Torremolinos with its shopping.

Every July there is the impressive local Fiesta Virgin del Carmen with fireworks and colourful local processions and entertainment for all ages along the promenade nearby.

Peter is an Architect and Catherine is a University Professor. We live in Dublin , Ireland and visit about three times a year, or more when work and family committments allow!

The apartment is looked after for us locally by the wonderfully capable Tommy and Anne Dickson originally from Ireland, who own The Discovery Bar nearby.

We have been coming to this area for over thirty years, initially as a young romantic couple, then as a married couple with four young children, now teenagers, and usually accompanied by grandparents, and friends at different times of the year. We decided to purchase our own property to guarantee always being close to the beach, restaurants, shops, marina and public transport, and because we had found a location that suited all ages, and that was easy for us to have a holiday, and to maximise relaxation and enjoyment. No more car hire and long distance driving or bus rides to distant resorts.
