Puerto Banus : Puerto Banus is the most fashionable resort in Spain. some of the most impressive yachts are moored in the bustling marina. There is something for everyone with the many cafes, restaurants and boutiques clustered around the harbour. Why not relax and watch the world go by, you may even spot a famous face or two as they stroll by ? Or take a boat trip to Gibraltar. This is an all year round holiday destination, with its cosmopolitan ambiance and the vibrant selection of leisure activities including the world famous bars, shops, restaurants and of course the many superb golf courses near by. The Costa del Sol is recognised worldwide for its fantastic climate, having some 320 days of sunshine a year on average and its superb beaches.
Las Tortugas: Las Tortugas is located in the foothills of La Conche Mountain, the emlematic symbol of Marbella and next to Lagos de Tortugas (Turtle Lake), a well known local beauty spot. We are very close to Puerto Banus and only 10 minutes from Marbella, two of the most renowned points on the Costa del Sol. Between them is the well known 'Golden Mile' with its 5 star hotels, restaurants and continuous sandy beach. Shopping is some of the best anywhere, with designer names such as Gucci, Chanel, Armani and Versace in abundance. There is also a large commercial shopping centre with the wonderful department store, El Corte Ingles situated at the entrance to Puerto Banus. The Saturday market at the Bull Ring is certainly worth a visit. Other attractions include the multi screen cinema complex, horse riding, tennis, golf and many superb gymnasiums.
This is a great apartment and clean. The pool area and views were amazing. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. We would definitely visit again.
A car is needed to access local areas and activities.
The apartments size was very good and well a equipped, balcony size was ok , floor tile grout was missing in places ,plants in troughs was over grown and full of weeds. Simingpool size was good nice and worm ,lack off sun bed so had to use grass bank . Tiles in and around swimming pool had come away leaving patches . Block paving out sizes entrance gate had subsided and is a trip hazard.
Elevated position with great views down to the Port and Gibraltar.
Behind the property is Lagos de Tortugas, ( Turtle lake ), a natural beauty spot, with walks and picnic tables.
Golf: Las Tortugas is situated in the heart of Golf Valley, with such clubs as La Quinta (27holes),Los Naranjos(18), Las Brisas(18) and Alohaa(18) on the door step. There are some 35 course along the Costa del Sol and the famous 1998 Ryder Cup course at Valderrama is just a short drive away.

Breakages / Security Deposit
A Euro 250 deposit is to be paid to management company Vacation Care upon arrival in Aloha/Nueva Andalucia/Marbella to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys…etc.
This will be refunded to you after your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.
50% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks.
75% charged if cancelled within 2 weeks.
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.
(Deposit retained whenever cancelled).
