Nice apartment, central and all renovated with large terrace facing the sea, very spacious and bright, located between the mountain of the castle of Alicante and the Postiguet beach, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views over the beach and bay of Alicante.

The property has a perfect acoustic and thermal insulation in all rooms. It has a large living room, overlooking the bay, large kitchen all furnished with sea views. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the master suite is master. It also has two full bathrooms and garage in the building.

In front of the apartment there is a walkway with direct access to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy a good swim at any time of the day and even at night, since the beach is illuminated.

It is located in the best and most exclusive area of ​​Alicante, central and just a few steps from shopping centers, places of entertainment, restaurants and places of tourist interest in the city.

Gather everything to make it the best option to enjoy a wonderful vacation at sea.

It is located in the most exclusive neighborhood of the city, close to tourist sites, just a 10-minute walk from shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues in the city. 5 minutes walk from transport that will take you anywhere in the city, beaches and even the airport.

Excellent property

This is probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in.

The view of the sunrise in the morning is stunning. It's just a short stroll to the beach and to both the old town and the promenade and marina.

The apartment is very spacious with a nice big, well-equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms, one of which has a large en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom.

Mabel is a lovely, friendly host who was very helpful with tips about restaurants etc. We were a group of three male friends, but the apartment is also suitable for larger groups, eg two couples or a family with teenage kids. I can't think of one thing I could find fault with. Muy Bonito!

We loved this apartment. Highly recommend it and would definitely return. Mabel is a great landlady who happily does anything she can to make the stay perfect. She was there to meet us on our arrival and very kindly let us enter the apartment before the official entry time.Very comfortable living areas and nice bedrooms. The kitchen is a good size and was well stocked. Lovely wee touches in the bathroom and kitchen to make it a real home from home. We were grateful for the wee shops and cafe just below the apartment and access to the beach was so easy with a lift and a walkway across the road. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. A real gem - thank you Mabel!

Amazing view and within easy walking distance for everything.

We stayed here in December and the weather was still ok for walking around with short sleeves. Apartment very nice with everything you needed. Mabel was a great help and was close at hand if you required anything. The view from the enclosed balcony was great and was like having an extra room. The bedrooms were very clean and the bedding and towels were great.

Amazing views, conveniently located and very comfortable accomodations

We stayed for one week and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for going to the beach and the overpass that takes you directly to the sand is just across the street. The views from the enclosed balcony are spectacular and with the breeze that comes from the ocean, we never had to use the air conditioning. Steps away are many small shops including a bakery, wine merchant, fruit stand, and coffee shop. Just around the corner there is also a very nice meat shop where you can buy jamon iberico. The old "barrio" part of town, the Castillo de Santa Barbara, the Museum of Modern Art and all the boardwalk esplanade areas are very easy to get to on foot.

Mabel was a wonderful host and was so friendly. The flat is well stocked with basic needs and she even had bread, butter, some sweets and other goodies to welcome us. It was so nice to have beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs for us to use.

During our stay there was a fireworks show Sunday-Thursday and the views were spectacular.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Alicante. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us Mabel!

Fantastic Stay in Alicante

We stayed seven glorious nights in this beautiful Alicante apartment. With proximity to stores, a sandy beach, the old town, and the Santa Barbara Castle, one could not ask for more. Alicante is a safe, family-oriented, immaculate city with wonderful restaurants and a city marketplace for fresh produce.

We were met by the owner, Mabel, whose enthusiasm for her city and apartment is unparalleled. Since her personal residence is adjacent to the rental, she was a door knock away; and she always met us with a smile and an accommodationing attitude.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, living room, and enclosed balcony with full ocean views. The WiFi was excellent, as well as all of the necessary amenities.

If we were in Alicante again, this is the only place we would stay.
