Finca located just 100 meters from the beach of Llafranc. Very close to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and the promenade.

Kitchen-dining room, living room with TV, bedroom area and bathroom. Very versatile loft that in its wide entrance easily allows to accommodate bicycles, diving equipment, etc. Easy access to the street.

Kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, mini-moka coffee maker, utensils, cutlery, crockery and washing machine.

The bathroom is bright and recently renovated.

The patio is very quiet and cool in summer. It has garden furniture, a laundry and drying rack.

The bedroom area has a double bed (king size 140x200cm), a bed of 80x190 cm and possibility of an additional bed of 90x190 cm. In the lounge area there is a double sofa bed (135x190cm).

Ideal for couples or families with children. 4 or 5 seats.

FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT of 70m2 + 40m2 terrace-solarium for private use and summer kitchen. It has two large bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. A large and bright living room, kitchen and bathroom.

One of the rooms has 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and the other room has 2 or 3 single beds (90x190 cm) as needed.

The bathroom is bright, airy and recently renovated.

The terrace-solarium of 40m2, located on the roof of the building is completely private use with closed access with key. It has furniture, sun beds, parasol and a small barbecue. On this fantastic terrace there is a closed 8m2 house with a summer kitchen, with fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Washing machine for private use without cost, a laundry and drying rack.

Spectacular views of the sea, the Lighthouse of Sant Sebastià and the entire town of Llafranc.

Ideal Property

The property was ideal for our requirements which were to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants and to have a relaxing holiday. The facilities were good and the apartment was very clean and tidy. The sun terrace was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. Having an extra kitchen on the terrace was excellent, which included a fridge, washing machine and crockery. David is a fantastic landlord who went out of his way to help us. He responded to messages quickly and helped when we had difficulty with payments. David helped with our transfer and was always available to ask questions, helping at every stage of our holiday. We would like to say thank you to a true gentleman and hope to return in the future.

Lovely apartment, great location.

We stayed in the apartment on the first floor for a week in September, very clean and had a lovely roof terrace. Location was brilliant, only a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also has a supermarket almost opposite, which is very convenient. David was very helpful and always at hand if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Estancia agradable a pesar del frio. La calefaccion no es suficiente para los dias de invierno. Menos mal, hay una chimenea que funciona muy bien.

Located in the center of Llafranc.

One of the most attractive activities is the walk along the roads, which connect the different nearby towns and an infinity of beaches and small coves of spectacular beauty.

Different sections of these round roads belong and are connected to the well-known GR-92 and other variants of forest roads.

For lovers of the bicycle, it is worth mentioning the "via verda" which also connects different towns along the old "petit train" route.
