The property is located in the community of Zundert, about 5 km away from the centre of Zundert, 15 km from Breda, and 35 km from Antwerp. The independent and classic countryside house (1920) sits in the middle of the wonderful Pannenhoef rural area (about 750 ha), which is property of the Brabants Landschap Foundation ('Brabant Landscape Foundation'). This very complete, characteristic country house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a royal living room with study area, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a classic Belgian-style dining room, an ample play attic (with a ping-pong table), a garage, and a barn. A beautiful tranquil area. Perfect for peace and relaxation with friends and family - whilst within easy reach of the lovely town of Breda

Absolutely Perfect!

We stay in cottages all over Europe and this was one of the best. The house is magnificent and is so big, it has the feel of a rustic hotel all to yourself but also homely. The house was spotless and very well cared for. Even the grass on the huge lawn had been cut the day we arrived. It just felt like home the moment we stepped inside. It is surrounded by miles of peaceful woodland with countless paths to walk and ride cycles. The grounds of the house are vast which is fenced and gated so very secure with an impressive driveway leading upto the house. Everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay is in the house. Although you are immersed in nature staying at the house, you are only 10 minutes from Zundert, the nearest town with lots of supermarkets & shops. The motorway is less than 15 minutes from the house which was welcomed after a long drive. Whilst we didn`t meet our housekeeper, she made sure our stay was the best she could offer and contacted us to make sure everything was ok but gave us privacy to enjoy the fantastic house which we appreciated. Our family had a fantastic time walking miles around the forest then sitting outside as the sun went down just listening to the birds and the peace & quiet. A memorable stay in such a stunning location. Very sad to leave but will be returning. A very well deserved 10/10 and highly recommended!

Top verblijf

Mooie lokatie met ruime slaapkamers en goede bedden. Aanrader om met gezin te verblijven. Voor het 2e achtereenvolgende jaar bezocht. Komen zeker terug.

Familie weekend

Geweldig familie weekend gehad in een nostalgisch landhuis. Oud maar schoon en zeer huiselijk. Veel deurtjes, kamertjes en oude meubelen en accessoires uit die tijd. Alles was aanwezig voor goed verblijf van keukenapparaten tot buiten een vuurkorf en tafeltennistafel. Prachtig weer dus bijna alles buiten gedaan, eten, spelletjes etc. Prachtige omgeving dus veel gewandeld. Tuin was omheind waardoor de hond ook heerlijk buiten kon lopen. Prima Helaas hadden wij door de tijd van t jaar en het huis staat midden in het bos veel last van grote torren in huis. Dat was jammer en even heel erg aanpassen. Gelukkig waren er ook voldoende meppers om ze te bestrijden. Al met al een mooi weekend met heerlijke herinneringen op een nostalgische locatie.

It sits in the middle of a rural area with a lot of hiking and biking paths. You will have plenty of privacy and nature at affordable rates.
