There is an attached single car garage with remote entry. You will find a front porch with comfortable seating and a patio in the rear of the unit, with gas grill, table and chairs. The Family Room has a 42 inch hi-def TV with comfortable seating for 4-6 people. This unit has 1,700 square feet of luxury living space.
For those so-inclined, you are within easy walking distance to the charming Old Market area, the Holland Performing Arts Center, The Orpheuum Theater, and The Century Link Center, and the TD Ameritrade CWS ballpark. The Old Market area is host to an amazing array of sidewalk restaurants, small pubs, and also elegant dining establishments.

Because it is beautiful, very very comfortable and very very well equipped. Everything is provided except perishables. It's in a great location within easy walking distance of the old market and any downtown venue including the Century Link Center and TD Ameritrade ball park. Read my reviews and be inspired by the glowing reviews I've gotten. Everyone loves my place and I get return customers all the time.
The location. A one stall attached garage and additional parking space off street. Huge beautiful dining room table for family gathering. As well as fine china available for use and a wine frig. All media accommodations, HD TV, DVDs, WiFi, radio, CD player. Great kitchen with updated state of the art appliances with a gas cook top and a electric oven. I also have a great king size sleep number bed and two queens with updated mattresses and box springs. There is also a crib and changing table and high chair for young toddlers. Plus toys. And Games. I could go on and on.
Bonnie has a great place to stay in Omaha. It is easy access to get there from I-80 and is easy to get around town. She has done a great job of decorating and furnishing the house. Everything that I can think of is in the house to use. Had a great time staying there.
We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay at this home! We were in town for the Olympic Swim Trials, so this location was perfect! The house is fully stocked with anything that you need and more. Everything is top notch! We enjoyed being able to stock up the fridge and have all of our meals there. Bonnie was very accessible if needed. We look forward to coming back!!
We came out for a week of baseball that my son was playing in Bellevue and the place was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and location was perfect. Close to downtown, stadium, restaraunts, bars etc. Bonnie was great to deal with and look forward to staying here again the next time in town.
Perfect place for family visit. We have stayed at this property twice and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Omaha. The town home is well equipped and location is excellent. The owner is very responsive and made check in and departure extremely easy. We have used VRBO in other locations and this one is one of the best.
This place was wonderful for our visit, condo is very spacious. It had all appliances to prepare any meal. Perfect location within walk distance to old market and museum. Few minutes in car to Zoo and botanical garden. Orsis bakery at the corner has very good bread and excellent pizzas.

This place was a dream come true. We came into town sort of last minute for a funeral and had 8 people to accommodate. Please was perfect for the size plus we had people over for breakfast and dinner. All pictures are accurate. The owner has very good taste when it comes to decorating. What was great too was the awesome kitchen. She clearly is a good cook and had all the different gadgets and pots and pans. Also had dry goods, ie. flour, sugar and lots of spices so we didnt need to provide our own or buy at store. Grocery store fairly close by at 13th and Howard. Pizza place at the end of the block too with a bakery. There is also a gas grill in the back patio area. One TIP I will mention is that bathrooms are located in basement and upstairs, not on main floor so we went up and down several times during the day. Other than that my family said they wanted to retire there! LOL. They all loved it so much.
