You will be greeted upon arrival at the residence or Eric Julien "BNB Services Groom" for the state of fixtures, the keys, advice on activities in the region or all your questions answered.

Neighbours are people living in the residence all year or tourists who come to enjoy the French Riviera for a few weeks.

A shopping center is present in St-Laurent (Cap 3000).

A supermarket (Intermarché) with a drive is down the street.

In the district you will find: pharmacy, bakery, butcher, tobacconist / newsagent, hairdresser, mailbox Post office, bank, restaurants, grocery store.

You can rent a car to Nice airport or take the bus.

We can give you the coordinates of our neighbors who is a taxi driver. He speaks French and English. He will be waiting with your name on a sign at Nice airport and take care of your luggage. This service costs 25 to 30 EUR depending on your arrival time.

A bus station is present outside the residence.

You can rent an electric car "Auto Bleue" or "Velos-Blue" in the center of Saint Laurent du Var.

Before you arrive, we will send a detailed plan of the residence.


Thank you to avoid making noise late in the evening during weekdays because most of the occupants of the residence living and working in St. Lawrence year-round.

Thank you close the awning when it is windy to avoid damaging it.

It is forbidden to hang linen or towels in the windows. Thank you use the dryer or drying rack is available.

It is permitted to smoke on the terrace using an ashtray but not in the interior of the apartment.

Sehr gutes Apartment für bis zu vier Personen

Wenn Ihnen die Fotos gefallen und Sie motorisiert sind, können Sie hier nichts falsch machen!

Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird fortlaufend gepflegt. Nur im Sanitärbereich des Pools war etwas Renovierungsbedarf, der Pool selber aber tip-top und sehr schön!

Die Wohnung hat uns äußerst gut gefallen, war sauber, sehr ruhig, äußerst sicher und in neuwertigem Zustand. Bemerkenswert ist die wirklich hervorragende Ausstattung!

Der Umgang mit der Agentur war unkompliziert, absolut zuverlässig und schnell (Englisch).

Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, aber man bracht eigentlich einen fahrbaren Untersatz um aus dem Vorort heraus zu kommen.

Wir haben uns selten so schnell so zuhause gefühlt, und wären gerne noch länger als zwei Wochen geblieben.

Appartement fidèle aux photos.

L appartement est propre ,bien agencé, et très confortable. Il est situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée.

Cerise sur le gâteau il est mis à notre disposition des produits de toilette ,de la lessive, du café et bien d autres produits.

Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine .

La région est belle.

We bought our apartment in 2009 as we wanted to spend a few years on the French Riviera.

Nice and around is an exceptional location with 300 sunny days per year! Ski resorts are only 1h distance by car and many beaches are present everywhere on the coast.

What makes this apartment unique

Corniche Bellevue is a secured residence. There is no traffic jam and no noice around as the apartment is close by a private lane. It makes the place quiet and nice.

The infinite pool has a wonderful view on the city and on the sea. It's an amazing place to relax or socialise with neighbours.

You'll get everything needed for everyday living.
