Exchanges with travelers

You will be greeted upon arrival at the residence by Eric or Julien of "BNB Groom Services", for the inventory of places of entry, the handing over of keys, advice on the activities of the region or any answers to your questions.

The inventory of places of exit with recovery of the keys will be made in the apartment just before your departure.

For arrivals after 20h, a fee of 30 € will be paid to Eric or Julien.

The neighborhood

The neighbors are people living in the residence all year or tourists who come to enjoy the Cote d'Azur for a few weeks.

A shopping center is present at St-Laurent (Cap 3000).

A supermarket (Intermarché) with a Drive is down the street.

In the neighborhood you will find: pharmacy, bakery, butcher, tobacco / press, hairdresser, La Poste mailbox, bank, restaurants, grocery store.

You can rent a car at Nice airport or take the bus.

A bus station is present in front of the residence.

You can rent an electric car "Auto-Bleue" or "Velos-Bleu" in the center of Saint-Laurent du Var.

Before your arrival, we will send you a detailed plan of the residence.

Rules of procedure:

Thank you for avoiding making noise late in the evening during the weekdays because the majority of the occupants of the residence live and work on St-Laurent all year long.

Please close the awning when there is wind to avoid damaging it.

It is forbidden to hang clothes or towels on the windows. Please use the tumble dryer or drying rack at your disposal.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace using an ashtray but not inside the apartment.

We bought our apartment in 2009 as we wanted to spend a few years on the French Riviera.

Nice and around is an exceptional location with 300 sunny days per year! Ski resorts are only 1h distance by car and many beaches are present everywhere on the coast.

What makes this apartment unique

Corniche Bellevue is a secured residence. There is no traffic jam and no noice around as the apartment is close by a private lane. It makes the place quiet and nice.

The infinite pool has a wonderful view on the city and on the sea. It's an amazing place to relax or socialise with neighbours.

You'll get everything needed for everyday living.

Cet appartement parfaitement équipé nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Sa situation a saint Laurent du Var est idéale pour pourvoir excursionner aisément sur toute la côte. A noter la piscine à débordement avec une jolie vue et commune à tous les résidents. Nous recommandons cet appartement si vous avez véhicule.

Gutes Apartment mit Aussicht

Die Fotos entsprechend den Tatsachen. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Balkon ist nicht ganz so gross, dafür hat man Sicht auf das Meer und man kann gut zu viert dort sitzen.

Es gibt in der Garage eine Box wo man das Auto parkieren kann. Pool ist vorhanden, doch bei unseren Ferien war das Wasse noch ein wenig zu kalt.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Empfang und gesamte Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet.

Sehr gutes Apartment für bis zu vier Personen

Wenn Ihnen die Fotos gefallen und Sie motorisiert sind, können Sie hier nichts falsch machen!

Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird fortlaufend gepflegt. Nur im Sanitärbereich des Pools war etwas Renovierungsbedarf, der Pool selber aber tip-top und sehr schön!

Die Wohnung hat uns äußerst gut gefallen, war sauber, sehr ruhig, äußerst sicher und in neuwertigem Zustand. Bemerkenswert ist die wirklich hervorragende Ausstattung!

Der Umgang mit der Agentur war unkompliziert, absolut zuverlässig und schnell (Englisch).

Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, aber man bracht eigentlich einen fahrbaren Untersatz um aus dem Vorort heraus zu kommen.

Wir haben uns selten so schnell so zuhause gefühlt, und wären gerne noch länger als zwei Wochen geblieben.

Appartement fidèle aux photos.

L appartement est propre ,bien agencé, et très confortable. Il est situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée.

Cerise sur le gâteau il est mis à notre disposition des produits de toilette ,de la lessive, du café et bien d autres produits.

Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine .

La région est belle.
