Our Belfast Luxury Apartment, 4 Star approved by Tourism Northern Ireland, Approved Ref: 78367 is set in the tranquil Castle View area of North Belfast offering the perfect Get-Away Escape.

Our Apartment's Balcony has picturesque views over Fortwilliam Golf Course and Belfast Cave Hill known locally as Napoleon's Nose, which is believed to have been the inspiration for Jonathan Swift's novel, Gulliver's Travels.

It also has lovely views of Belfast Lough and over to the Holywood and Bangor coastline. (views can sometimes be obstructed due to the leafy foliage on the trees)

We will be extremely happy to meet and greet you and welcome you to our apartment, we will also show you around and explain how everything works.

We will chat with you about any information you need regarding your stay with us, especially regarding places of interest, dining out etc.

Normal check in is after 3.00pm and check out is before 12.00 pm this is to give us time to have the apartment serviced for the next guests.

This is a residential area and is not suitable for Hen/Stag parties. We value our neighbours so please respect them during your stay.

There is a NO SMOKING policy within the apartment but there is a balcony where smoking is permitted outside.

Please do not throw any cigarette ends off the balcony.

The main entrance to Belfast Zoo and Belfast Castle Estate are less than a 5 minute car drive away.

The location of the apartment offers easy access to many attractions such as Carrickfergus Castle and the Gobbins Cliff path, which is a stunning coastal walk located in Islandmagee (advance booking is required) and of course the Scenic Drives of both the North Antrim and County Down Coastlines via the very nearby M1/M2/M3 motorway networks.

Dining in Fortwilliam Golf Club or Belfast Castle Estate's Cellar Restaurant are both within easy walking distance

The Titanic Museum and Visitors Centre is only a 8 to 12 minute car drive. Titanic Belfast is the world's largest Titanic visitor experience and a "must see" visit while in Belfast.

Saint George's Market (8 to 12 mins by Car) one of Belfast's oldest attractions and named the UK's Best Large Indoor Market 2014.

It's open every Friday (6am - 2pm), Saturday (9am - 3pm) and Sunday (10am - 4pm) offering Local Produce, Crafts, Entertainment and Events throughout the year.

Folk Town Market, Bank Square Belfast, Folktown Market is a farmers’ and artisan market, every Thursday from 16th April – 17th Dec, 11am-8pm, Folk Town is one of the oldest and most unique parts of Belfast City Centre, steeped in heritage and music.

Saint Anne's Square and the Cathedral Quarter (10 mins by Car/Bus) is a great place to visit, it has some of Belfast's Best Restaurants, Pubs, Night Clubs which are all vibrant and trendy, it also hosts the fabulous Mac Theatre.

The Odyssey Arena (8 to 12 mins by Car/Bus) has lots of Pubs, Restaurants, Night Clubs, 10 Pin Bowling Alley and the W5 Museum. It also holds some of Northern Irelands largest entertainment events and is host to the Belfast Giants Ice Hockey Team.

Crumlin Road Gaol, better know as "The Crum" (HM Prison Belfast - 8 to 12 mins by car) a chilling, informative and interesting tour. Dating back to 1845, it housed murderers, suffragettes and held both loyalist and republican prisoners. It has been the home to executions, escapes, hunger strikes and riots.

There is a local public Bus Service within 200m (4 mins walk away) offering a bus service to Belfast City Centre (10 mins) or to the local shopping complex at Abbey Shopping Centre (5 mins).

There are also local taxis services available nearby. (Belfast City Centre £6 to £8)

Belfast City Airport (George Best Airport) and Belfast International Airport are both within a 15/20 minutes drive.

Belfast City Centre is only 4 mile and very easy accessible via Car, Bus or Taxi.

We are very nearby the M1/M2/M3 motorway networks which give you full access to all travel around Northern Ireland.

NOTE: There are 2 flights of stairs into this apartment and there is no lift. Although very manageable it might not suit all.

Excellent Stay!!

My family stayed 2 nights in this Belfast apartment in early August. It turned out to be our family's favorite place to stay on our 16 day vacation. The apartment is on an upper floor. Alan is the only host who took the time to email us to make sure my mother-in-law could navigate the steps. Nice touch! Alan met us at the door. The apartment is very spacious. Two large bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom made our stay very enjoyable. Alan was so helpful arranging for our taxi cab tour of the murals. It was the best! I highly recommend this apartment and make sure to ask Alan for his recommendations for restaurants (it's all in his book on the coffee table, if you forget to ask) and for tours. He is very knowledgable.

Great place to stay!

We only stayed here for one night, but wished it was for longer. The apartment was very spacious for three people. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms and bathroom were quite large. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We even had a spot to park our car right out front. Alan recommended a great taxi cab tour that explained a lot of the local history, and we really enjoyed it. We would recommend this apartment to everyone, and would love to stay again.

It was a wonderful apartment!

Alan was a great guy, he was already waiting for us in the apartment knowing that we would be arriving via ferry. This apartment was easily the best apartment out of our over ten apartments experience throughout the UK. If anyone is going to Northern Ireland, this apartment is definitely not to miss!

Note also, Alan provided us with loads of cereals, bread, jams, drinks! If only I could rate it more than 5 star, because 5 star simply isn't enough to rate the best experience! Gotta recommend it to everyone!
