Had a wonderful Christmas in a beautiful part of Palma so buzzy and festive. Our charming apartment was immaculately presented and the owner very accomodating. Can highly recomment this sweet little bolt hole for any time of the year but over Christmas it was a surprising revelation.

Jose was a great host. He met us late as our flight got in late at night, gave us all the info we needed, and was even kind enough to be flexible on check out. The apartment is well located to wander round the old part of the city.
The only issue we had was sleeping, so not the best for light sleepers! Noise was fine (as expected for the location) but the lack of a/c was unbearable at times, along with the street light outside the window
Flat Needs Air con. Too hot during our short stay which meant leaving windows open and traffic noise and noise of passers by making it too noisy for us to get a good nights sleep. Aside from the external street noises the Neighbours dogs barking/ howling did not help matters. Lacked storage space for hanging clothes. Street light was too close to flats windows flooding the room with light making it difficult to sleep.
On a positive note, host was welcoming and helpful. Helped in taking one of the heavy suitcases up to the flat since there is no lift. If your flight does not leave in the morning please bear in mind that there is a left luggage place about 5 minutes walk from the flat where you can store your suitcases at a cost of 5 euro per item.
Unless air conditioning is installed or some form of climate control introduced in the flat, I would not recommend staying here during the summer months.
It was a very nice, cosy apartment and in a great location for seeing Palma and close to bus/train station for trips to other parts of the island. It's very well stocked though could do with a bit more storage space for clothes. Jose was a great host.
Jose very amenable and waited as flight delayed. Appartment very clean, very nicely furnished (stylish) and comfortable. Everything you need including a nespresso! Nice art on walls. Central but not noisy. Only recommendation would be slightly more space for clothes storage if staying for longer time. For us it was fine.
We really enjoyed our stay in this very well situated apartment.
The flat was comfortable and we settled in easily.
We would love to come back again.
