Spacious and sunny 2 bed apartment in central Antibes close to beaches

This spacious 66.7m2 and well furnished apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a modern residence in central Antibes, which is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of the Old Town, as well as the local sandy beaches and the public transport system.

The spacious living area (27.5m2) includes a comfortable L-shaped sofa and armchair, a large flat screen TV with English TV programmes & radio, a DVD player, music centre and a large teak dining table with six chairs. Two French windows lead onto the balcony with a second dining area and a separate terrace that acts as a morning sun trap.

The kitchen is situated independently and has been professionally designed and fitted. Appliances include a four ring electric hob, cooker and hood, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, a toaster and a kettle.

Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds, wardrobes and shelving with plenty of storage space and electric shutters.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, vanity unit with wash basin, WC and a washing machine. A second WC with a wash handbasin is housed in a separate room.

The long terrace can be accessed through each of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the lounge. The two terraces combined total 17.7m2.

As the apartment is located on the interior side of the building, overlooking the garden area, it is in a particularly quiet position due to no road or traffic noise directly outside the apartment.

Internet / WiFi is available in the apartment. The apartment is fully double glazed and is air conditioned throughout.

Got everything you need

A spacious and cozy flat with great location. Short distance to the beach, old town, supermarkets and restaurants.

We were a family of four, with to children (5y and 2y) and stayed for 2 weeks. We reccomend this apartment for families.

Amazing place in Antibes and very accommodating

What a great place to call home for several weeks! We had a wonderful stay here and the place is very spacious, clean, cozy, and close to everything you need. The beach is a 5-10 min walk, the best bakery just on the corner of the street below for fresh bread everyday! The grocery store is literally right there if you need anything, local market a 10 min walk, so much at your doorstep. Lorna and Sarah(and oscar the dog who we love) are just amazing landladies. Alway's available and respond very quickly if you need anything at all, or have questions. The two balconies are so lovely to enjoy your meals, a coffee or glass of wine on. The apartment is well equipped with all you need and just like the pictures and descriptions. We could have easily stayed here longer and will be back again for sure. Thank you Sarah and Lorna at French Riveria Rentals for this great place and for your welcoming smiles and making our time here great.

Perfekt placering

Har tilbragt 8 uger i denne meget centralt placeret lejlighed. Der er alt hvad der skal være , eneste minus er dog et meget lille brusekabine.Udlejerne Lorna og Sarah fra French Riviera Rentals er meget hjælpsomme hvis der er spørgsmål om diverse.

Excellent apartment in a very convenient location

We're very glad to have found this apartment in the centre of Antibes. It's modern and tidy, well decorated and, mostly of all, very well illuminated even in the winter. It's location is very convenient, with loads of restaurants, bakeries, drugstores and markets nearby. Not to mention its proximity with the sea. (a 5-min of lazy walk!) The pictures in the site very well reflect what the apartment really is. The landladies were always kind and promptly replied to our demands. They had also given us a lot of advice on local attractions. If I ever have another chance to spend some time in Antibes, I'll look for it.

Excellent option in the center of Antibes

I've spent almost 3 months in this apartment, with my wife and two kids. Modern and cozy, I have the feeling I couldn't have chosen a best place in Antibes to stay. It is on the rear side of the building, so it's very quiet. Its location is very convenient, within walking distance to a good amount of markets, bakeries, and restaurants. The rooms are generally of good size. As a plus, they've just installed a brand new oven in the kitchen!

The owner and the admins were always very kind and responsive to all our demands. If you're going to Antibes and is in need for a two-bedroom apartment, seriously consider this one.
